They offer functional training, Muay Thai, MMA, and BJJ, and even special ladies classes. On top of that, there is a food bar and a free gym area as well. Highly recommended

He made sure i knew the basics and pushed me while allowing me to take my time perfectly! Highly recommended and im for sure going back there. Update: another class with coach mehdi this time for boxing and the progress im making is insane! he is fully supportive and allows you to pick up every technique on your own pace without pushing you too hard! i love this place. everyone is so friendly and welcoming and theres always alot to learn with gym nogs!

Positive experience: It's a great place to learn martial arts and many other body fitness activities . Well maintained too. They also have a nice cafe upstairs where you can watch your partner or kids sweat it out if u r not in the mood to join
