Fantastic experience: My yoga experience with coach Nidhi Shyam was extraordinary compared with the rest of the classes I have joined before. I appreciate her expertise in yoga class. Clearly she was really easy to get along with everybody in the class, we were being taught with professionalism and I have experience with various advance yoga poses that Ive never experience before. She is so well experience and have a deep knowledge of yoga which inspires ladies to come go see Fitness First in Oasis Mall. A True Gem… Wallahi, her group classes are at a different level unlike anything else at any Fitness First club. Coach Khaoula's dedication, expertise, and infectious energy make every workout a blast. She pushes you to your limits, but in a way that's encouraging and motivating. Her classes are the sole reason I still haven't switched gyms. I just love each of her workouts…. ❤️ Moving forward and talking about the staff….They can be a mixed bag. While some are consistently friendly and helpful, others seem to vary in their approach depending on their mood and their preferences among people…. There's definitely room for improvement in ensuring a consistently positive member experience!!!! So, the place is huge and nice… the equipment at Oasis could be more enhance comparatively to other FF branches and the staff needs to be more consistent with their service. Above all, Coach Khaoula's presence completely overshadows these shortcomings. If you're looking for truly transformative group fitness experiences, Coach Khaoula is the only name you need to know. She's the true ace of the Oasis branch!

I had an issue for few months with my app and was not able to make a class bookings (my registered home club Motor city) but she fixed the problem in few minutes with motor city branch while working in Oasis mall branch! She was very attentive and helpful! And even book a class for me under her name that I was able to attend it! Thank you so much, Jennifer, one more time!❤️

Positive experience: It is a good place to exercise and reconditioning. However, the AC should be better ajusted -it is too cold in some areas of the main studio and it is dusty at times(I suggest to use the vacuum cleaner properly at least 2times/day and inspect AC unit filters and grids). I am grateful and thankful for amazing instructors like Ms.Melani, Lilica,Khaoula, Lucy that inspire and boost one's energy levels.

Fantastic experience: Oasis center club is excellent especially since we have an beautiful and highly efficient ladies section meant strictly for Ladies only. Lusi is the best group classes instructor. She makes sure she introduces and does exercises at a very good pace and always has new exercises so we don’t feel bored or lazy. She is full of life and really a very positive person to have as an instructor. We also have the best Tuff and Body Pump instructor in the morning. Wish we had a few pump classes at 8.30 as well

Positive experience: I have the platinum membership and just went to Oasis mall centre, timing online is from 6.00am and they really open 7.00 on weekdays. Please update your information don't waste yours and other time.

Fantastic experience: Ron (sales) has been brilliant and quick at following up and resolving an issue I had with my membership. I have been a member at FF Dxb since 2007. Ron has retained my business and I shall continue to recommend the club as well. I must commend Ron as I have seen him constantly hard at work promoting the club with new and prospective clients. I love the classes at Oasis and the new addition (Rush) too. Would be so great if this club could offer Reformer Pilates or TRX.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. Equipments are A1 condition. Clean environment and and all are conscious on hygiene. Instructors are very helpful and attentive to members and guests need. Management and staff have a good rapor and workmanship is superb. Kudos to the friendly FOH team and the GM Ms. Sally M. is very passionate about her job and has kept the whole place running smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Lubna is an amazing trainer.She is skilled, very thoughtful and very patient.Lubna constantly encourages me and she is 100% dedicated to her clients. As for the gym, it’s cozy, very friendly staff and spacious. The gym also provides a variety of machines I just wish it was cooler than 22•because it does get a bit warm for a gym in my opinion)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of fitness first Oasis center for at least 8 years now. Very well equipped gym. Most importantly I believe are the staff and the personal trainers that are in this gym. It’s not only supporting with the training but really knowing us and what our bodies need and giving advices and having that human and personal touch that makes the difference. Personally I’ve seen miracles with my trainer and I’m very satisfied and happy with FF oasis center.

Positive experience: Love this gym, has a ladies only section, all booking done on App, classes daily on time, all facilities , fitness machines, showers, sauna, locker rooms, coffee space available. value for money, only drawback is the parking is only available on basement 2 for morning classes, the way this car park has been designed the turnings are so sharp that i constantly hear of people having scratched their car on pillers.

Fantastic experience: Fitness First was the first gym in Oasis Mall that we were exposed to. My daughter and I decided to work on our weight and fitness and enrolled at FF. The client experience right from the start has been awesome . We met Ms .Joanna who took us through the initial procedure and then she ensured that we seamlessly transitioned to our personal trainer Ms. Avritti. We have attended gyms earlier and we have had personal trainers as well. However , my daughter and I can vouch for the fact that Ms Avritti is the best personal trainer that we have ever experienced. Right from the time we got our BMI checked , she patiently explained the structure and approach without missing a single detail. Her subject knowledge on body structure and fitness is thorough and she is a trainer who knows her job and can do it perfectly. The missing star is for lack of steam room ( only sauna available) and hip thrust machine.
