Fantastic experience: Been training for just 7 months and now I'm in the best shape I've ever been. The gym is clean and complete plus the atmosphere here is great. I'm one of the very few kabayan members here but people and trainers are friendly and very approachable. They replaced many machine / equipment since I joined, and I believe they will replace few worn out equipment too. Honestly never had any complaints facility wise, anyway, in the end it is your efforts that will get you to your goals.

Fantastic experience: I had been to several gyms in Bur Dubai area over last few years, but my experience now in Life For You Gym is totally different, in terms of their workout regime and the personal attention you get. I'm being personally trained by the trainer Mr. Hidayath from day one and it's still going great although I've not opted a personal trainer here, Kudos to this man. He is always there to guide you on a every day basis right from the moment you enter the gym and until you exit, on all your workouts. Gym is spacious and equipped with all-that-you-need machines from a beginner to body builder POV requirements and altogether it's 100% worth the money you pay for !

Negative experience: To be very honest, i had been working out in this gym for 5 years, they really have outdated equipment. Recently they have expanded the gym, added/replaced with new ones but the worst past is those two adjustable weight benches.. It is all broken & are in worst condition n they never bother to replace it since 2-3 years.. Second worst thing is that old crossover cable machine & its removable bars.. This feels like we have been doing gym for free.. I recently changed the gym with my gym partner because of these reasons.. Many time i requested them but they never bother to take any action..
