Negative experience: Very bad service. They charged me twice for one booking. Since last two days I have been trying to reach them through email and phone but no response. Very irresponsible and unreliable support team.

Negative experience: Very bad app, doesn't look like they care too much about taking bookings or customer care. Even reaching them by phone same result. Becoming very difficult to book any pitch at any gems schools

Negative experience: Honestly our experience in the last couple of weeks has been absolutely horrible! 3 straight bookings where the court was booked ahead of time only to realize when we arrived that the court was either under construction, facing technical issues and overbooked. We pay premium for the service and sadly the end result has been below par. Sad to say

Negative experience: This application has become highly unreliable. Our last three bookings were not legitimate, and upon arrival at the schools, we were informed that the bookings were not approved. Customer support is unavailable after 6 PM, and there are no updates if any changes occur to your booking. A representative named Vignesh contacted me, claiming he needed to move my booking from American Academy School to Gems International School, and even sent a screenshot of the new booking. However, when we arrived, the school informed us that the booking was rejected, and we were denied entry. This experience has been extremely frustrating.
