Fantastic experience: F45 Downtown has a super duper team running the studio that is well maintained with some high Energy classes created by an amazing F45 member community and the coaches and Cherrys diligent efforts - my only observation is to replace body and workout towels that have seen wear and tear Keep up the good work team and keep pushing F45ers to unlock their max potential!

Fantastic experience: Loving this place just because of the coaches! It was hard to come back on track after pregnancy. Tried so many workouts and gyms and nothing was lasting until I joined the F45 family! The team is super professional and extremely fun! They challenge us and make every session fun and unique! Fantastic experience: Started at F45 downtown about 3 months ago and I love coming here almost every day. They have helped me begin my fitness journey and make a serious impact on how I view exercising and my personal health. All coaches- Namira, Salar, Chris, Cherry and Caitlyn- are awesome and really know how to motivate the group and make the workouts fun. They take the time to get to know you and it does not feel like just another trainer. I love how the community goes beyond the studio and extends to group activities- whether it be paddle sessions, hiking, or brunches. No other studio to think of if you are in Dubai and if you want the personal touch, F45 downtown is the way to go.

They bring good variety of exercises round the week/month/year and the coaches provide all the attention & guidance that you need.. so there’s always new goals to unlock and learn more about your potential that you never thought you had. At the end of the day, it’s a lovely community that has been created together and I love being part of it!

Fantastic experience: I’m haven’t exercised since I was 8 months pregnant (and now with a 7 month old), joining F45 has really helped me get back into it. The team are really motivating and any concerns I had about getting back into exercise have gone! The sessions are great and you can work according to your level, with additional challenges to keep you motivated. Really recommend :)

The energy, the community, and the workouts are unmatched and every session feels like a team effort, and the motivation in the room is electric! A huge shoutout to the amazing coaches: Sala, Namira, Chris, Caitlin, and Rana. Each one brings their own unique style and energy that keeps you pushing your limits while still having fun. They are incredibly supportive, correcting form when needed, encouraging you to go that extra rep, and celebrating every little win! And of course, none of this would be possible without Cherry. The heart and soul of the studio. Her passion, organization, and constant positivity make the whole experience so special. She truly creates an environment where everyone feels welcome and part of something bigger. Keep it going, guys! Best gym/community in Downtown (if not all of Dubai!)

Fantastic experience: They call themselves a community not a gym and true to that phrase they are... coaches are very warm and welcoming...coach army and coach jay’s passion and enthusiasm in fitness and teaching is very contagious—they are particular in the small details that makes you rip each rep and set to work hard and finish strong each session You’ll be dead by the end of the 45-minutes yet with a huge grin on your sweaty face... Maybe a mirror inside the studio so that one can assess his/her exercise form apart from the good coaching that you are giving and a group cool down after every session would be a great addition to the “groupness” feels of the community as well... Thank you F45! One of the best experiences ☺️
