Fantastic experience: I visited Stretch Dubai located in Downtown Dubai. Absolutely Wonderful Experience! The full body stretching was both invigorating and relaxing. I felt incredibly limber and tension free, ready to take on the day with new found energy. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to improve flexibility and release muscle tension. They also have one more branch in Dubai Marina providing Group and private stretching classes.

Fantastic experience: I joined a Fly n Stretch group class for ladies only and I had so much fun! I was worried it would be too much for me since it was my first time but the instructor Viktoria was just a dream . She walked us into it slowly and continuously reassured us. She’s always making sure we’re feeling okay and comfortable. As a person who works out in the gym, I don’t feel like I stretch enough but this class made me stretch properly in all the right places. My muscles feel relaxed and all the uncomfortable tension was relieved. I highly recommend!!! We also tried their celery and green apple juice which was refreshing

Fantastic experience: I’m simply in love with this stretching studio. I loved the assisted stretching session, it’s very catered to the specific needs of each person. The facility is very well located and the staff is super friendly. Special thanks to the instructor Pacha, who thought me some new breathing techniques while stretching that will be very helpful for me during my trainings. Will definitely go back there and totally recommend it!!

The teacher was profesional and shared her knowledge in a lovely way! The place is super cool & clean! All the equipment for the class is available so you don’t need to worry to bring anything! If you're looking to get fit and improve your flexibility and mobility, I highly recommend this workout. It was challenging but really rewarding. Sona knows her stuff and made the whole experience really enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently joined the Stretch studio and I am really enjoying the group classes. All the coaches are explaining each movement in detail during the session. Plus I really love the stylish facility. I would highly recommend it. To this day, I believe that’s the best stretching fitness studio in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place!!! This is not your regular stretching class. All coaches make sure that you are going deep into your stretch to achieve your goals. Definitely recommend the group classes. I especially like coach Maria Shesterikova. Her classes are so peaceful and yet the stretches are deep. I was able to do my front splits in the last class thanks to her!! Lovely place! 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: I attended the fly n stretch class at the Downtown studio out of curiosity as I hadn't experienced anything like it before. It was a good workout, especially for my arms, but a lot of fun at the same time with the inversions, twists and turns all while being suspended. It made me feel like a kid again and I left with a huge smile on my face. The instructor Viktoria was very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve experienced the assisted stretching class, and you do not understand how much your body needs it until you do it. Whether you’re a cross fitter, a yogi, or even at a corporate job (especially if you sit for 8 hours a day), this is the place you need to be. As soon as you enter, the energy is so different. With the friendly staff, high ceilings, and beautiful atmosphere- it changes your whole mood and this is a place I would highly recommend for anyone - from an athlete to a grandmother. Can’t wait to become a member!
