Fantastic experience: Well, after having a bad experience at my previous gym, I honestly lost motivation to work out. Everything changed when I decided to join this Lifetime Fitness in Al Rigga. All of the people here are very friendly, especially the receptionist who always makes you feel welcome. The gym is clean, professional, and comfortable. Lighting and ventilation are also great. The equipment is good and well maintained. Big thanks to the head of this gym, Mr. AJ — he’s supportive, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you improve. Also, Mr. Nadeem, very friendly, patient to the beginners and he is a professional trainer indeed. Thanks to him. Highly recommended if you want a positive and friendly place to train.

I really enjoy going in the morning because it’s not too crowded — you can work out peacefully and finish everything you need. The gym is clean, the equipment is complete, and the staff are nice and welcoming. I always feel motivated every time I come here. Definitely recommending this gym!

Fantastic experience: Literally the best gym I've worked out at. Moved to Dubai last year and ended up putting on a lot of weight. Coach AJ is incredible and knew exactly what exercises were required to get rid of fat in specific areas. Ended up changing the shape of my body quite noticeably in just two months. The diet plan was great as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
