In my opinion its one of the best gyms i have ever joined, really helpful staffs and and really experienced and friendly coaches.....Special thanks to Mr. Mohan, one of the senior staff in the gym field with an impressive 35+ years of experience, their guidance has truly transformed my fitness journey. Their deep knowledge and personalized approach make every session enriching and effective. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for years now and I absolutely love the atmosphere. There's this coach with long hair, I believe his name is Mohanan, who is incredibly supportive and professional. He guides me and teaches me how to use the equipment in the most effective ways possible.

Positive experience: The gym is one of the oldest and widely popular gym in the area. Spacious and have good placement of equipments all around. (From what i saw in the area. This place has the complete setup especially if you are loving legs day!) It will be a nostalgia for seasoned and old school body builders and weightlifters as they have a mixture of old equipments and new ones. Great coaching staff esp. The old guy with a long hair. Only 2 cons: 1. Timing needs to be adjusted - they close early esp on sat & sunday (halfday) its a bummer esp as there are other gym near that closes late or is 24hrs open 2. Place needs remodelling- the gym needs a new overhaul look so as it can compete with other new gyms. Put gym flooring all around so that gym goers will be comfortable lying down or do any floor programs Doing this 2 investments will help in inviting new members and maybe bring back the old glory of professionals
