Positive experience: I have been going to this fitness gym for more than a year and I am very satisfied with the results. The equipment is modern and well-maintained. The facilities are clean and spacious. The classes are varied and fun. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that the gym should impose some basic rules for the clients such as, only come clean, be generous and humble to fellow gym rats. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a professional and effective workout in Dubai.

The facilities and equipment are clean, and the staff and coaches, like Coach Joan and Coach Ronnie, were really accommodating. The Zumba classes are great - they leave me feeling satisfied and energized. Coach Cheril does an excellent job with teaching yoga and bootyfit classes, and she's super friendly and cheerful.

Super clean gym, has all the stuff you need and open from 5am to 12am. Free parking for 2 hours as well, and close to the metro station, so it's super convenient regardless if you drive or commute. Positive experience: This branch has two sections: ladies only and mixed. I was a member few years ago and was attending ladies gym mostly. Had no major complaints then, neither towards facilities, nor to stuff. All areas were kept clean: gym itself, changing rooms, bathrooms. Equipment was working properly, maybe it was not brand new, but serving it function perfectly. There is cardio zone, free weights, machines, TRX, benches, other various items, like bosu balance trainer, fitball, resistant bands, etc. Sometimes, it has been packed in the evenings, but that is normal story for every gym. There are group classes, I haven't attended them though, so can't give a feedback on those. No pool.

Positive experience: Good clean facility and their pricing is reasonable for this branch for yearly membership. Needs better music playing. Also would be better if they provide personal training at better rates than nearby gyms.

They have stair climbers, elliptical, a lot treadmills, functional training area. Mixed and Ladies-only gym is available with unlimited group exercise classes available to their membership. Great deal for the membership price probably the best gym in this area.

Positive experience: Recently renovated, with brand new equipment and a lot more. All are now connected to the internet, which means that you can now go to YouTube, Netflix and even kindle reader. Free wifi. Since we're environmentally conscious, you have to bring your own canister for water.

Im editing this comment as I need to add a valuable point. Im with the exalted happiness on seeing the etiquette of staffs of the gold's gym(rite from the cleaner to staffs and trainers). Couple of days back i missed my wallet with 500+ dhs in it and it was on Friday where there is less movement of members in the gym and there will be mostly occupied by the cleaners to get the things done for next week. One among the cleaners has took my wallet and handed over to the reception without undressing it and being loyal. I got my wallet after haunting it for a long period of time.

Positive experience: Gym size is good enough to accommodate the members. They recently changed their gym equipments which is good. But rubber mats are old and smelly. Gym staffs are more friendly and welcoming than the Reef Mall branch.

Positive experience: Been at the gym for almost an year now. Here is my review: 1. Gym has got almost all of the training equipment. 2. There is no swimming pool may be because it is next to offices. 3. Trainers will charge you extra for sessions. If you don't pay, you don't get training (simple as that). Also, I noticed, even when people have paid, some trainers don't care about angles/weights etc. Apart from swimming pool and training, it is a fairly good and clean gym. Other services include, Sauna, Towels, and Classes.

Positive experience: Always crowded so I ended up going at 10pm on weeknights. Parking is adequate most of the time unless you go during business hours when loads of people go to DED. Some members need an orientation in personal hygiene and how to deal with other people in a shared facility. Great equipment though so no complaints in that department.
