Okay, so here’s the crazy part—just 20 minutes of EMS training is equivalent to around 4 hours of a traditional workout. It works by sending electrical impulses that activate deep muscle layers, even the ones we don’t usually reach with normal exercise. The contractions are super targeted and intense, so you’re actually working your whole body in a short time. It’s quick, efficient, and honestly… kind of addictive!
