It’s starts with one just one 1 by 1 makes a bundle After a long time studying my clients and their goals I have come to a simple conclusion that managing your own body weight is nearly everything you need to archive for every fitness goal. I have since designed a program (1 pull up) that will will help all my existing and new clients manage and do things with their bodies like pull ups, hand stands, muscle ups etc. In this program focus will be on building muscular strength, core stability, muscular endurance, mobility and flexibility. The best part of this program is that with or without the gym it will still be able to get you whichever goals you desire. My specialities are Weight loss, Strength, body building and calisthenics
