I would like to especially mention two trainers, Richard and Sreeshan, who really stood out. They are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive to individual goals. Fantastic experience: I am a member of Restart Fitness Center & Gym since two months, and it has been a fantastic experience. Mohd Ismail Shaikh Sir has guided me from day one. Along with the guidance and motivation, it’s the friendly vibe of Ismail sir which has made me a regular. I had never been to a gym my entire life, but Restart Gym gave me great motivation to continue healthy lifestyle moving ahead. All the staff is very friendly, and the gym is very clean and hygienic. Fantastic experience: Really good gym in a nice location. Used to go to Gymnation and Golds Gym just to be able to workout properly. It can be packed during peak hours but definitely better than those over priced gyms. Kinda small and missing some equipments but theyre improving over time. What I like the most is the staff and the people, Mr. Ismael, Rabi and Richard, very helpful and friendly trainors! Especially Mr. Sreesan CUTLER, you're the best brother!!! Fantastic experience: ReStart Fitness is one of the best and well equipped gyms in Dubai. Also it's very clean and well maintained. It's been two months in this gym and i must say that it's definitely a great gym to start your fitness journey. The trainers are well trained and very helpful. Especially my trainer, Mr. Ismail who has taught me many exercises and the correct way to use the equipments. I must say that throughout my sessions, he has encouraged and motivated me to put my best efforts and also made sure that i did my workouts in proper form to avoid any injuries. Fantastic experience: Sonu sir teaches in a way that makes it accessible for everyone - when I joined her class I knew absolutely nothing about yoga - but I now have a solid understanding of physical alignment and generally the way my own body moves! As I got to grips with my quirks (the things I can and can’t do) - he pushed me to develop, always knowing when I was capable of doing a new pose before I realised it myself. It’s not just me either - I’ve recommended Sonu sir to all who want to learn mindfulness . He is the best yoga teacher who will teach you all the ASANAs in a correct way.

Honestly i have been to various big gyms aswell but over there no one will look at what you are doing. Unlike big gyms here traineers and staff is very much approchable and ready to help. They will not force you to go for personel trainings but still ready to support you. Although the gym hs various trainers personally i like Mohammed Ismail He has quite a good knowledge and push you hard to meet the goals. His funda is dont let your body get habbitual of same types of exercises. He will stand on your head and make sure you achieve the goals. I will highly recommend him.

Mr. Richard, who is a certified, proficient and well practiced trainer, has always helped me with my workout. I've been working out with him for a year. The progress over this time has been quite challenging and remarkable at the same time. Fantastic experience: Joining the gym for first time and you find perfect and certified trainers is cherry on top. I am being trained by Mr. Ismail Shaikh and could say perfect trainer for me as he will train you in a way that will not make you do workout that is not under your capacity and after knowing your body issues he will support you in that way and will motivate you always. All the trainers are well supportive and will check whether you are comfortable with the gym and workouts and will help you accordingly.

Fantastic experience: I've been working out at Restart fitness for a while, and I must say, I'm impressed. The equipment is top-notch, and the facilities are kept up nicely. The environment is ideal for a fantastic exercise, and the trainers and staffs are kind and helpful. The gym features a wide range of apparatus, including free weights and cardio machines. Everything is well well maintained and cleaned. The exercise center offers various classes, including fuctional, core, yoga, and my favorite body combat. The trainers always push me to do my best because they are knowledgeable and inspiring. I decided to take 24 session programme under Coach Richard Gomes, which i now understand it was the best decision that i have made in years. He provided me with guidelines to follow based on my body composition and my physical requirements. it was amazing, the knowledge that i always wanted to have about physical fitness, nutrition, exercises, rest and recoveries. Richard has transformed from being just a coach to a brotherly figure in my life. His unwavering availability has been a constant source of help whenever I have had any uncertainties or queries regarding fitness and nutrition. His encouragement has kept me focused and his constant pushing has been instrumental in my progress.
