I have been taking personal training from Ms. Paulomi for the past few months and have got amazing results. I was 76kgs when I started my weight loss program, now I have lost 11 kgs in 2 months. Ms. Paulomi also gives excellent dance and Zumba classes in the evening. Highly recommend the trainer to everybody.

I choose this gym bcoz it is near by to my place & timing is okay. After I joined, Paulomi, My only trainer here just never compromise on activities. We have differy homework on all 6 days. Paulomi just squeeze us like a juice from lemon. She focus on each & every student though there are 15 students dancing or 15 students doing Zumba. Positive experience: $$$- value for money. Don't opt for a monthly membership but enquire about the packages and persuade the employee for a discount. Very spacious and alot of room cardio vascular exercises. The air conditioning is also good. You ll sweat n when u do u ll also feel the breeze. If you go to the gym between 500-1600hrs this is the gym for you. After 4 pm it gets very crowded. Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained as it's looked after by a third party company. Over all. It's a great gym. Equipments Crosswalk Treadmill Complete muscle equipment free weights 2 cable machines. Weights in both kgs & pounds on the machines Dumbbells are in kgs but u'll get used to it. Trainers are very well qualified. Do mention any prior injuries for an appropriate program.

Not only are the staff here easily the most friendly, they also keep this gym absolutely spotless. I have never had an issue with the cleanliness or any of the equipment. They have lots of cardio machines so you don't have to wait to use the machine you want. They also have great pool table and separate room for ladies.
