Negative experience: Disappointing Experience – Not Beginner-Friendly I joined this gym with high expectations, especially after clearly mentioning during my admission that I am a beginner and would need guidance on using the machines and structuring my workouts. Initially, for the first five days, things seemed fine, but after that, it became a frustrating experience. There is a severe lack of manpower – only one or two gym instructors are available, and they are often too busy to properly guide beginners. Every workout session turns into a waiting game, with 5–10 minutes wasted just trying to get assistance. If you’re new to the gym and expect structured support, this is NOT the place for you. However, if you're already a pro and know exactly what to do, then it might work for you. But for beginners, I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Definitely not worth the hassle.

If you're looking for shower facilities, this might not be the place, but overall, it’s a fantastic spot to work out. The vibe here is positive and motivating. A special mention to my trainer, Lajeesh, who really makes the workouts fun and engaging. I used to be someone who only went to the gym once or twice a week, but thanks to Lajeesh, I’ve become much more consistent. Highly recommend this gym if you want to achieve your goals!
