The journey begins with an initial consultation, where our personal trainers engage with you to understand your fitness history, lifestyle, and personal objectives. This crucial first step establishes a rapport and trust between you and the trainer, setting a solid foundation for the journey ahead.
With the assessment data in hand, the next step involves setting realistic and achievable goals alongside you. Additionally, a physical challenge target is established, serving as a milestone that you can work towards. This serves as motivating factor through tangible objectives.
After completing the initial 12 training sessions, the first re-assessment takes place. This evaluates the progress made against the initial benchmarks, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of the program and any adjustments needed moving forward.
Upon completing a total of 24 training sessions, a second re-assessment is conducted. This serves as an opportunity to measure the progress since the last assessment and make any necessary tweaks to the training program.

Negative experience: I'm really disappointed to feel like I'm being treated as just a membership rather than a person. Initially, they portrayed themselves as flexible and understanding towards clients, but my experience has been terrible. When I spoke to the manager, he was arrogant and unfair. He just kept insisting that I signed the terms and conditions and had to adhere strictly to the schedule, showing no concern for my situation. They claim to be private for each session, but that hasn't been my experience at all. I was excited and motivated to start exercising, believing I was in the right place, but now I'm shocked by the poor customer service and treatment I've received from the management.

We have tried reaching you via a phone call and left a message requesting you to call us back, as we initially promised after completing our internal reviews and checking all the records. Unfortunately, we have not heard back from you. We appreciate your honest feedback, and since you left us a public review, we would like to publicly respond with the facts.
To clarify, My Private Gym is a personal training facility that does not require a membership subscription but only a subscription to personal training packages. Therefore, yes, we are a private facility, as you have a dedicated coach training you. However, we do not guarantee that you will be alone with the trainer in the facility at all times. Nonetheless, our capacity allows for a maximum of 2 customers training at the same time, providing enough space for an efficient workout and a degree of privacy.
You subscribed to a set of 8 personal training sessions, valid for 30 days. Since you were new to personal training services, our team explained that the sessions are to be pre-scheduled according to both your availability and the coach’s schedule. According to our records, everything was proceeding smoothly at the beginning. However, due to your personal requests, you canceled and rebooked 3 out of the initial 6 personal training sessions, which we accommodated. Additionally, our records indicate that you had travel and other commitments, which prevented you from adhering to the previously agreed-upon training routine. In response, we not only rebooked your sessions but also extended the validity of your personal training package by an additional 15 days.
When you booked the remaining 2 sessions last week, you scheduled them for Friday and Saturday as per your own availability. We did not insist on this timing, but accommodated it once again. Unfortunately, during the confirmation process, you requested to reschedule these sessions for a later date, which would require another extension of the agreement.
We reached out to you the following day to discuss this and propose a solution. However, we were unable to reach you. If you would like to hear our proposal, please kindly let us know by reaching out to us at your earliest convenience.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing and super fun. Loved the various racquet sports games and shoot out to Coach Ahmed for teaching us how to play. Great Coach and super helpful :). In addition to the various courts, there is a well equipped gym for use as well. Definitely recommend and will be back!
Fantastic experience: Amazing place for group activities and families. Playgrounds are huge and staff is very helpful. Private gym is cozy and trainers very professional. Overall very cozy experience.
