After spending years of bouncing around different gyms and seeing no results, I joined F45 Marina as a trial, and have now only been going there since then. I never thought I would actually look forward to working out, but that’s all thanks to the amazing coaches (George and Jess) who put in so much effort to personally guide and help everyone in the class. I’ve been going to F45 Marina for the past 5 months (on my 86th class now) and have seen massive improvements in myself physically and mentally. So much positive energy and good fun in each and every class!!

Fantastic experience: It’s hard to find a good lifting class and I found my new favorite. Every Tuesday and Thursday at F45 are lift days and the coaches constantly push me more and more each week. I’m lifting more than I ever thought I could. There is a really good mix of upper and lower body lifting. Absolutely recommended for any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: F45 has been instrumental in helping me to get back into a proper exercise routine. When I was in my 20’s and 30’s things were easy. I could eat what I want without picking up weight. I had my kids just before I turned 40 and due to many factors stopped exercising and picked up 20kg. Stress and going into menopause certainly didn’t help and for the first time in my life I had to start thinking about eating habits. I would never havebeen able to exercise as hard as I do on my own. I am forever grateful for F45 in helping me to get out of depression, start losing weight and being able to get rid of stress without medication. Our trainers are the best!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been checking out different gyms and yoga studios around the Marina. I really enjoyed the fact that F45 Dubai Marina offers you a free trial so you can really get to evaluate different classes//instructors. I crosstrained before but I like the pedagogy of F45 and the variety of classes. As the name says, it is only 45min (60min on Saturdays) but it is so intensive you may need a day-off between classes if you’re a beginner. Each class starts with a live demo of each exercise, warm-up, and then a circuit of 15 to 28 different exercices, ending with a stretch. There are usually 12 to 24 people in each class, with 2 instructors correcting your form. The circuit is easy to follow with exercice number on the floor and 3 giant screens showing you the exercice and the time countdown. Each exercice can be adapted to beginner, intermediate or advanced levels. Each day of the week features a different circuit, with classes in the morning and late afternoon/evening, and on some days, at noon as well. On weekend, the classes are only in the morning and they book super fast! The gym is small and clean, with one small change room for women and one for men (washrooms are outside the gym). Great gym, will consider it for a long-term membership!

Fantastic experience: I am not a gym person at all but once you try F45 you will get addicted. It’s not about weight lifting and muscle building. Each session is different with different focus and if you go regularly you will train all of your body. 45min are perfectly enough as you can regulate your weights, speed and intensity which is perfect for all fitness levels. The coaches will motivate you, push you (in a positive way) and help you always with exercise modifications if you need. After few weeks you will find out it’s more like a community than a gym. You will see changes on your body after few weeks which will make you more addicted. If you are hesitating, go and give it a try with the free sessions they offer. See you soon in the studio! :-)

They have a very good App to guide on Food as well , done a body scan there , very comprehensive to make sure you are progressing. For a COVID high spread period - Super clean and very good hygiene measures in place . Price is nothing compared to what you get - 1 Month is 1260 AED , unlimited sessions, they have other flexible options as well .

Positive experience: F45 is proven good. This club is in the convenient location and had a good set up (changing rooms, showers, free towels and bottled water for few dirhams). Unfortunately I had bad personal experience as signed up for advertised two weeks free and when I came for the first session it appeared that only the local residents are eligible for it, but tourists for the only one session. It wasn't mentioned in the ad.
