The trainers “ Aisling,Matt and Leila are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with tips or guidance. I especially love the variety of classes—they keep every session fun and challenging.

Fantastic experience: Joined F45 after seeing an add pop up so many times on social media...really great gym and classes and sorry I didn't join it sooner having lived in the area for so long....the coaches are really supportive and encouraging and make all classes enjoyable, its hard to pick a favourite! Its very friendly, coaching staff are very approachable and aware of any physical issues to contend with. Deffo worth a punt for a week for the nay sayers! you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over a year now… and i guess it’s a ripe time to write a review. And let me tell you it’s been splendid ! Readymade workout programs (i no longer have to search up and plan for myself) There is variety!… resistance training, cardio, progressive overload and tempo workouts… such great stuff to prevent that plateau. The coaches are awesome. Lively atmosphere . Love the occasional fun meetups and events. Fantastic experience: I have been training with them for a week, I got the 7 classes trial and I love it. Someone who thought will never find a time to work, they have amazing timetable, I love that they know everyone names and it feels like a community. I loved the coaches m, Huda and Luka, always smiling, always encouraging and I feel so great after training with them. I just started this journey with them and I believe I will keep going. This was in 2018 and I have to say, today as I write this in 2023, this place is my therapy, my go to 6 times a week and I feel stronger physically and mentally, than I’ve ever felt in my life. The blend of coaches has been cleverly assembled, there is a coach for every type of learning style. Don’t know what you’re doing in the gym? This is the place for you, every exercise explained and demonstrated (also shown on the screen when you are doing it) they make it easy. Know what you are doing in the gym? This is also the place for you, be pushed by coaches who know how to adapt exercise to challenge even the most seasoned gym goer. I cannot recommend F45 Motor City enough, learn to track your correct measurements with body scans and guidance on diet. A winning combination. Coach Jessie, Coach Luca, Coach Huda, Coach Emma, Coach Rob, Coach Anna and Coach Lohan. A dream team!
