Fantastic experience: I had a great experience in buying the product from skyland. I visited their office in deira, the parking was hard to find but it was worth it as i got to see a lot of products and got amazing service and discount. The delivery was super fast and the delivery guys was super professional, delivered and installed the machine in the room and explained all the features about the machine. Super amazing highly recommended.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had to change my review. After using the treadmill it’s really low quality for the high price. It’s extremely noisy, there’s some black debris coming off from the belt every time I use it, you cannot pause it and save your workout stats, you have to fully turn it off and it erases everything. I reached out to the sales person, they sent the “tech team” who just put some oil on it which made no difference whatsoever and said it’s normal. Easy “fix” to just say it’s normal. There’s still plenty of black stuff coming off from the belt every time it runs… how is that normal?! I’m extremely disappointed. Would definitely not recommend. It’s not worth the money
