Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful session with Ali. Given this was my first time trying EMS , I had too many questions and he was super patient in addressing them one by one. The session itself too was nicely planned and was challenging to an extent that it was also enjoyable. Ali kept explaining the process and reasons for each step which further motivated us to push more. I would definitely recommend training with him to everyone, especially if you are beginner

Fantastic experience: I booked my trial at the JVC branch and Mr. Ali was my coach. The trial started with a detailed briefing about the entire process. Ali also heard me out regarding my past activities, health condition etc. He not only gave me a great trial on EMS but also simplified the process. I was overall very happy with my day 1 and have opted to go ahead with more sessions. I would definitely recommend Ali as your EMS coach!

Negative experience: The timing mentioned on Google is inaccurate, we went there around 11am on Saturday and it was closed. Frustrating!!

That 20 min is a killer workout compared to your regular 2hrs of GYM. Best part you don’t need to worry about your form or dislocate any bones.There expert trainers are always with you which is incredible and included in the price . Fantastic experience: Have been taking duo sessions for the last 4 weeks , the team is just wonderful. Process is very clear from the trial session , you weigh -in and get introduced to the process. We are happy with both our coaches Riyhana and Ali. They tailor exercise that fits our potential and pushes us time after time to increase our capacity. Easy to reach location in JVC, space has changing rooms, water, towels and showers if you need to. Open all the week , and the booking is very easy on whatsapp. All in all, we're very happy

All the EMS equipment is new. The trainers are really competent and professional and they push you to give 110% during the session. The PT Ali is really good and friendly. Highly recommend.
