Negative experience: My review for Etizan Fitness Ladies: 1. My abaya was stolen, and I received no updates or follow-up from the reception team regarding the incident. There was also another case where a lady complained that her abaya had been stolen. I am not sure what is happening in the gym, but it is clear that the lockers are unsafe. 2. I requested a membership freeze as I am unable to train for three months due to medical reasons. I even provided my medical report to management, yet they only granted me one month. This shows a very poor understanding of clients’ needs. My membership is valid until January 2026, but I will definitely not be renewing it. The environment in the gym feels unsafe, and there are no reasonable options for freezing memberships.

Negative experience: تم منعي من أداء الصلاة داخل النادي بحجة عدم امتلاكي لعضوية. أود أن أوضح أنني حامل، وكنت متواجدة في النادي بصفة مرافق لزوجي فالنادي، وقد طلبت فقط مكانًا لأداء الصلاة، وهو حق مكفول لكل فرد، ولا يتطلب عضوية مسبقة أو اشتراكًا رياضيًا. وقد فوجئت برفض طلبي بشكل غير لائق، رغم أن طلبي لم يكن للاستفادة من مرافق النادي الرياضية، وإنما لأداء فرض ديني في مكان مغلق وآمن. هذا التصرف أعتبره غير مقبول في دولتي، ويمثل تقييدًا لحرية العبادة، ويخالف أبسط قواعد الاحترام وحقوق الإنسان، خاصة في ظل وضعي الصحي كحامل. وعند طلبي الحديث مع المسؤولة تدعى (منى) – كما هو متعارف عليه في أي منشأة محترفة – تم توجيهي بشكل غير منطقي إلى "الذهاب بنفسي" إلى المسؤول داخل الفندق التابع، الذي يبعد عن النادي أكثر من كيلومتر، دون مراعاة لوضعي الصحي كحامل، أو تقديم أي بديل إنساني أو منطقي. آمل منكم اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للتحقيق في هذا الأمر، وتدريب الموظفين على التعامل باحترام مع جميع الزوار، وتوفير أماكن مخصصة للصلاة مراعاةً لاحتياجات مرتادي النادي والزوار على حد سواء. I was denied the right to perform my prayer inside the gym on the grounds that I did not hold an active membership. I would like to clarify that I am pregnant and was at the gym merely accompanying my husband. I only requested a place to perform my prayer — a basic human right that does not require a prior membership or gym subscription. I was surprised that my request was denied in an inappropriate manner, despite the fact that I was not asking to use the gym's facilities, but simply seeking a safe and enclosed space to fulfill a religious obligation. Such treatment is unacceptable in my home country and constitutes a restriction on freedom of worship. It violates basic standards of respect and human rights, especially considering my health condition as a pregnant woman. When I asked to speak to a supervisor her name (Muna) — which is standard practice in any professional establishment — I was, illogically, told to go myself to the person in charge, located inside the hotel affiliated with the gym, more than a kilometer away. This showed a complete lack of consideration for my health and circumstances, and no reasonable or humane alternative was offered. I kindly request that you investigate this matter seriously, ensure your staff are trained to treat all visitors with respect, and provide dedicated prayer spaces to accommodate the needs of gym members and guests alike.

Negative experience: بدون سابق انذار وقفو دخول اصحاب اشتراك رويال و غيره للقسم النسائي فقط لانه شخصية "مهمة" تضايقت من عدد مستخدمي. وهذا للاسف انانية خاصة في ظل شح ابوظبي للنوادي النسائية على مستوى جيد …

Negative experience: مؤسف ومحزن بأن وضع الجيم والمسبح مع الادارة المستحدثة من صرح ونادي ينضرب فيه المثل الى مستوى بهذا الشكل من ناحية ترتيب وخدمة….

Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with one of the staff members. Cora (Staff member) was very rude and impolite, the other lady on the reception was very kind and nice. My wife went to pray in the ladies prayer area there. After she entered, Cora came and was angry that my wife entered the prayer room of the gym saying it is the gym member's prayer area. It is the first time in our life, we face someone who asks us not to enter a prayer area especially that we are in the UAE (Muslim Country). Regardless of whether we are members or not, this is a prayer area and in case my wife accesses or goes to an area other than the prayer area within the gym then the staff have the right to confront or ask her to leave the gym. Cora didn't even wait for my wife to finish her prayer to talk to her, she just kept arguing with the other staff and talking a lot blaming everyone, saying shell complain to the manager, and saying that nonmembers are not allowed access to the prayer area and it wasn't like the prayer area was full or anything (no one was inside). My wife couldn't even focus in her prayer. Even if my wife was wrong, Cora should wait for her to finish prayer before daring to make noise or disturb a prayer going on. This was pure rudeness, impoliteness, disrespectfulness, and racism against Muslims in our own Muslim country and I expect extreme actions to be taken against her due to what she did on the night before Eid.

Negative experience: مافي اسلوب لا المدربين ولا الموظفين ولا الاستقبال

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the session of the luxury Wellness Experience this allowed me to learn about the benefits of saunas and steamer and how long to stay there The coaches were kind and very attentive to our suggestions It was a very nice experience

Negative experience: إلى إدارة المسبح المحترمة، تحية طيبة وبعد، أود أن أعبّر عن استيائي الشديد من تجربتي الأخيرة في المسبح يوم [13/4 الاحد ]، حيث حضرت في الساعة ٧ مساءً بصحبة طفلي، بعد أن تأكدت مسبقًا بالاتصال ثلاث مرات من أن المسبح يظل مفتوحًا حتى الساعة ١٠ مساءً، وتم التأكيد على أن بإمكاني الحضور مع طفل. للأسف، عند وصولي تفاجأت بأن قسم الأطفال مغلق، وقيل لي إنه يُغلق الساعة ٧، مع أن هذه المعلومة لم يتم ذكرها إطلاقًا أثناء اتصالاتي السابقة. هذا التناقض في المعلومات تسبب لي في إهدار وقتي وجهدي، خصوصًا أنني رتبت يومي وتجهزت أنا وطفلي بناءً على المعلومة المغلوطة. آمل منكم مراجعة طريقة إيصال المعلومات للزوار بدقة ووضوح، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمنع تكرار مثل هذه الحالات مستقبلاً.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing Swedish massage with Joy—she was professional, gentle, and incredibly skilled. She made me feel so relaxed and knew exactly where to focus. I left feeling refreshed and completely stress-free. Highly recommend her for anyone needing a quality massage experience!

Negative experience: I had today a very bad experience with the reception office , specially with their Manager - Elvin Lopiz who was very rude and unprofessional and accusing me for something I didn’t do. Very bad staff, the hotel management beed to investigate and change these people. The hotel was one of the best but now, with these people who are in the front desk Bad experience , need to educate them properly with hospitality skills

Positive experience: The cold plunge and the sauna needs renovation and the lockers rooms !!! But the rest is almost perfect

Fantastic experience: I attended the Pilates class with trainer Rasha and it was AMAZING. It targeted the right muscles and she really focuses on the technique which made the workout much effective! It was one of the best Pilates classes I attended in the UAE

Negative experience: I had an absolutely terrible experience at this gym. Almost all the staff are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and defensive. They treat customers with such disregard that it’s honestly shocking. I feel scared and completely uncomfortable every time I step into this place. The lack of professionalism and basic decency is unacceptable. If you're looking for a gym where you'll feel supported and respected, avoid this one at all costs! It’s so unfortunate because the gym facilities are good they should replace all staff receptionist and staff especially the security at the door one of them is so rude

Negative experience: Worst ladies gym experience..might as well say that the gym is permenantly closed until further notice. By trying to preserve your ladies membership pool you are decieving the users by giving them false promises about the opening dates of the gym..this has been going on for more than a year and is frankly very disappointing for such a good gym.. and the fact that the gym opened for two days then was closed for maintenance again was the cherry on top.

Negative experience: I was excited to join this gym but I just called and the receptionist was extremely rude and inhospitable, she gave me no chance to speak. I called and asked her for the pilates schedule to be sent through whatsapp, like all gyms would gladly do, but to my surprise she replied in a defensive, unbothered manner that the schedule is on the website, and that she will not be doing me any service of sharing anything on WhatsApp or do any bookings for me and that I should do them on my own, and that the pilates classes are already full anyway and people are on waiting list so there was no chance for me to join, all in a single breath not giving me a chance to express my needs or ask questions. Before putting people on the phone I suggest you give them customer service training because people are coming to you with their own money, no one is begging for your services or for your unprofessional staff to give them charity.

Negative experience: Shameful that the hotel/officers club is superb with great staff but i dont know whats going on with the gym facility keeps changing and getting smaller. Just now they close the jujetsu area and made it for a 3rd party contractor. I doubt any would use it and theyll get closed like every contractor comes in. Gym was 10/10 before now its a mess. Used to see professional athletes and government workers actually train, now its children and women doing sessions in an area that disrupts the gym. People who went there for over 10 years know this. But do come and join the gym its good but avoid after working hours its a real mess. Overly crowded and noisy.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience ever we booked the VIP bowling room to celebrate my friend birthday and one of the speakers wasn’t working. Also we had to call the lady to fix the machine 6 times. The worst part was one of the machines had an a electrical fuse, and there was smell of smoke we were asked to leave and we didn’t continue the game. They asked us to pay for a service and experience that we didn’t get.

Positive experience: Its best in facilities and equipment. Renovation were made except for toilets and showers Please change the hair dryer. Its low in quality and efficiency. Install high quality brands for such high quality facilities

Fantastic experience: This is state of the art fitness club with large separate facilities for men and women, comprising gym, exercise rooms, sauna, steam, and cold pool. The bowling and padel courts are located near, and all are indoors. Another wing of recreation complex has an Olympic size swimming pool. Recently, the beach and outdoor pool have been added. They are available for additional pay.
