Negative experience: I really enjoy the morning ride classes with Mia she is always fabulous, motivating, and makes us all feel active and happy. However, I need to share my concern about the helper staff, Anna. As a beginner, I asked her politely to help me with fixing the shoes on the bike, but instead she was angry, shouted at me, and told me to ask my friends. She also refused to assist my friend when she asked for water, and tell her to bring her water by your self . This behavior made me nervous and uncomfortable during the class. I believe staff should encourage and support members, especially beginners. I kindly request that you speak with Anna to revise her attitude and ensure she treats members with patience and respect. I truly value my classes with Mia, and I hope the overall experience remains positive.

Fantastic experience: Nice energy, vibes & good music
Positive experience: I usually enjoy my rides at Crank, and I really appreciate Ryan’s energy and instruction—he brings great motivation every time. But I wanted to share some honest feedback about my experience during the Tuesday 5:30 PM class (seat 8). First, the class started almost 10 minutes late, which has been happening often. It seems to be due to the ladies-only class before us running over, and the doors not opening on time. When the session is just 45 minutes, every minute counts—especially for those of us who arrive early and are ready to start. Second, the shoes I was given were very loose and almost unusable. I had to stop during the warm-up to adjust the bike to compensate. It threw me off and disrupted my focus. I reported it after class and really hope that specific pair gets checked or replaced. Lastly, there were two girls seated behind me chatting very loudly for nearly half the class. Their voices were louder than the music, making it hard to concentrate or hear Ryan’s instructions. It was frustrating, and I honestly wasn’t sure if they were even signed up for the ride—they didn’t seem engaged at all. I’m still a fan of Crank and really value the energy and environment, but I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for everyone going forward.

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional workout experience at Crank Abu Dhabi. Chloe was an incredibly energetic trainer who truly motivated and uplifted me throughout the session. The staff were helpful, and the facility was impeccably clean. Kudos to Crank Abu Dhabi for an outstanding experience.
Fantastic experience: Chloe is WONDERFUL! She is the best spin instructor I’ve been to and she makes everyone feel so so welcome - the whole atmosphere when she’s up front is crazy and makes a workout feel like the most fun you’ve ever had! The music is amazing and she is so much fun!

Positive experience: Loved the class pass session with erin and mia it was exciting and fun. The place is clean and i liked the vibe of the class. They even offer towels and shoes which is a nice touch. The only drawback is that the valet parking isnt available until 10 am which is an issue as parking is not available nearby you need to park farther which is an inconvenience. Additionally, as a suggestion maybe crank could do beginner, intermediate classes so people who are more experienced can be challenged more and beginners can feel that everyone is in the same boat.

Fantastic experience: A vibrant experience with great enthusiate coaches. I really adore the morning routine of indoor cycling with an energetic music background. My only hope that they have more afternoon sessions during the week days. I will definitely recommend Jona. He is awesome. The staff are exceptional and caring. Thanks, Crank.

Fantastic experience: I love this spot- CRANK out those calories in a 45 min session that includes shoe and towel rental, lockers, and a water station. Good vibes all around too! I didn’t think I’d ever be a spinner until I came here. I’ve achieved my personal best with Jamal- He’s a wonderful instructor. And I always have the best time cranking with Jonah- he’s got great music mixes! Smoothie Fridays are a treat with Sarah too! Don’t miss out on this place for a great workout

Fantastic experience: Its my first time at crank and for sure am doing this again. The class was on fire, fabio the instructor put the audience on fire. Loved the energy and the music. Place very well equipped and clean. If you would like to go bare in mind that they provide specific cycling shoes and also towels. The location is very accessible from sheikha fatma park and accordingly you can use the same parking (can be validated). They have both male and female showers and it is pretty clean. They have all what you need in terms of towels, shampoo, deodorant and bags and lockers. They also have very good coffee and smoothie bar with an outside seating area if you would like to grab something with your exercise partners before leaving. I want to also comment that the staff are very welcoming and loved their spirit and attitude.

Fantastic experience: The best gym for cycling in Abu Dhabi so far. I have tried some places, but not at the same level. The cleanliness is at a high level, and the experience is wonderful and indescribable. A lot of calories can be burned in one session, and the coordination of songs enters you into a second world, and you cannot feel bored or tired I recommend trying the gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Crank since last year. I go twice per week and usually train with Jona Rugan. I never felt that the session was repetitive, and always you will feel like you are doing something new or challenge yourself in a different way. Above all of this Jona’s energy is unbelievable and he pushes you to give more and more. Also has a great taste in music. The studio is great, and the bikes are one of the best. The staff are so friendly and helpful , also very welcoming. If you want to disconnect after a busy day and get an excellent workout, this is your place

Fantastic experience: If there's one place to visit in Abu Dhabi, it needs to be CRANK! Bringing the modern, crazy energy to the capital, CRANK located inside the Shaikha Fatima Park it your ultimate 'feel good' place and the best RIDE (indoor cycling) workout in town. Come for a class, and the best instructors out there, stay for a coffee and a smoothie. If you love peanut/ almond butter as much as I do, go for Monkey Business. You'll love it! Abu Dhabi Ladies - there's LOADS of LADIES ONLY CLASSES on the schedule 7 days a week. Have fun!

Positive experience: Located at Sheikha Fatima Park. Indoor cycling with music led by a trainer. The session lasts 45 minutes. There are separate sessions for men and women. The place is small. The changing area is small too. They provide special shoes. Nice experience with the group.
