Fantastic experience: I've had an absolutely amazing experience at Flo Yoga Studio in Abu Dhabi. From the moment I stepped into the studio, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The serene and calming atmosphere is lovely and the studio itself is impeccably clean and beautifully designed. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about both yoga and pilates, ensuring every class is tailored to suit all levels. They guide you with patience, clear instructions, and an encouraging spirit.

Fantastic experience: I love this studio. I go here for the reformer Pilates but also loved their mat Pilates and they offer amazing other classes too. A very calm female only place where they remember your name, make use of an app for easy registering of your classes but are also very quick in responding on WhatsApp. All in all a great place to go to and with amazing service and great teachers!

I enjoyed taking the intro classes as Pilates turned out to be more technical than I thought it would be, the class size and attention of the instructors’ is so helpful to ensuring my form is good but also the breathing. Fantastic experience: Love this studio, beautifully pulled together! Helena is the most attentive, patient and thoughtful yoga teacher. She guided me through my pregnancy with her bespoke prenatal practice and developed a wonderful post partum program. Her in depth knowledge of yin yoga and yoga nidra have had such a positive impact on my life over the years we have practiced together. Super grateful

Fantastic experience: My favorite Pilates studio in Abu Dhabi! The sweetest and most amazing instructors. The studio is so clean and pretty, making every visit a pleasure. I love that they offer an intro package to refresh your moves or learn the fundamentals of Pilates before progressing to the more intense classes. It’s truly my favorite place to unwind and get a great workout. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I called to ask about the classes with no answer and no call back. So I texted them on WhatsApp to ask about joining Reform “all levels” class. Their reply was that I have to take a beginner package which contain 6 sessions and then i can join other classes. So why the Reform class is for “all levels” since beginners cannot join?! Taking 6 sessions by force before I am able to join other classes is unrealistic!… I also asked them to call me to understand this more since they didn’t answer my call and they said the manager will call me at a certain time/hour during the day but i haven’t heard from them!

Negative experience: The communication is so terrible and so waste of time and so commercials at the same time to join any reformer classes even if it’s beginner you have to pay - course which cost 882 dirham before going to any reformer classes or 500+ usually for beginner in any studio I can attend to get experience how to train and reform so for what is the reason there is beginner reformer

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate that flo studio offers the introduction course into pilates before leveling up to level 1 classes, the instructors, Helena, Emy & Ivana (personal experience) have been really attentive in teaching us the basics of pilates. Lastly, i’d like to extend my gratitude to Jasmine (front desk) & the whole team for their awesome communication and welcome atmosphere! Looking forward to continuing my pilates journey with them

Positive experience: My experience at FLO Fitness Studio's aerial yoga class was a blend of admiration and slight disappointment. The studio boasts top-notch facilities that create an inviting and professional environment. The instructor's talent and expertise were evident, providing guidance with patience and precision. However, the pace of the class was notably slow, lacking the dynamic rhythm some might expect from aerial yoga. A slight drawback was the lack of transparency on the studio's website regarding the pricing, which when revealed, seemed steep for a group class. While the facilities and teaching caliber are commendable, the tempo and pricing policy pull down my overall rating to three stars.

Fantastic experience: I attended their swing yoga class and it was nice. The place is new, neat and modern. The swing yoga studio was spacious and colorful. The instructor was knowledgeable and helped each one of us to make the movement in the best way possible. I would totally recommend the place

Fantastic experience: I love this studio. It is beautifully appointed, the staff are lovely and the classes are fantastic. My favourites are the reformer pilates with the lovely Tagrid and the candle lit tin yoga with the wonderful Helena. The classes offer a wonderful mix of strength and spiritual balance and I always come away feeling happy, healthy and looking forward to the next class.

Fantastic experience: I have been practicing yoga for many years but didn't realize how much I was doing "wrong" until I came to Helena’s classes at Flo studio. I attended Basic Ashtanga class today and it was wonderful. Helena’s attention to our group was great and taught us about Anatomy and the poses in details. My practice has changed a great deal. I am calmer, more focused and have generally less aches and pains in my body. I also love Helena’s Yin class; her soothing voice and beautiful sequencing always ensures that my body and mind receives what it needed. Thank you Helena for all you have taught me and more! Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to flo for a few months now and I’m in love with everything about this studio. It’s super neat, clean, and modern and the peaceful environment puts me in such a good mood. I only do reformer pilates and I’ve been loving it, especially with instructor Missy who is really good at what she does and is very helpful & kind, I genuinely enjoy her class so much. Won’t be stopping anytime soon :) Also, the lovely ladies at the reception desk, Janice and Jasmin, are the sweetest!

Fantastic experience: There are many fitness places however Flo studio tops them all. From their interior to facilities and staff all are welcoming. I enjoyed my time training with Helena, she is not only a talented instructor but also a great human being.Shqe helped me connect with my inner self along with yoga practice which helped me during my pregnancy and prevented post partum depression.If someone are on their wellness journey and want to incoporate yoga, pilates into their routine. This is definitely a place to be.

Fantastic experience: By far the best Pilates studio in Abu Dhabi. The instructors in Flo are highly experienced and qualified. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s a great and comfortable experience from walking into the studio up to leaving it. It’s important to note that from all the fitness studios I’ve been to flo outshines them in keeping the place clean, and their tools and equipment sanitized and organized.. and the place is always beautifully scented.

Positive experience: The Pilates instructor is wonderful, very patient, fun to work with, takes the levels of the students into consideration and is all in all a great instructor. The admin staff and the policies are where I rate Flo low... It really feels like their mission is money (fair, for a business, honestly... But not great for customer loyalty). I was told to buy socks at AED 90 a pair, and then discovered multiple girls in the class WITHOUT socks. I was also really unimpressed with how unheard I felt as a customer and how inflexible Flo was with regards to their package structure and my request to change once I realised there was only one class that suited my needs in the package I purchased. I gave them a chance and completed my package, but I won't be returning. Not a place of community, just another fitness business.

My instructor is Helena, the atmosphere she has created made me feel so comfortable and excited. Helena is very goal-oriented and meticulous in her work, she pushes me to be the best version of myself. Her goal is to make her students feel relaxed; mind, body and soul. Positive experience: The yoga instructor, Helena, is amazing and very knowledgeable, I really enjoy my sessions and benefited a lot. My neck pains are almost gone. Also, admin staff are really nice. A really quiet and peaceful place.

Fantastic experience: My life just seemed brighter after I joined them. I had issues with my frozen shoulder and lower back and currently I am in the process of becoming pain free with amazing flexibility. Helena, my yoga instructor, is amaaaazing.. thanks to her for healing me physically and emotionally. No stress whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: I love the space, great Pilates instructors. The classical studio has a full range of equipment: reformers, Cadillac, yoga hammocks & swings etc. I’ve always been greeted with a huge smile! If not seen, then heard now that everyone’s wearing a mask.

Fantastic experience: The staff are so nice. The place is really clean and tidy!! I took a yoga class and the room was so organized and the instructor was amazing! She really made sure that my positioning was correct even during the special distancing. Lol Would definitely recommend to anyone!!
