Positive experience: I used their pool area and also had a mani/pedi, both great areas and great service! But when I once went for a simle hair cut (trim and fringes) it was a desaster. The hairdresser obviously wasn't properly trained. I went to another place right after for damage control. Shouldn't be like that.

Positive experience: I like the saloon and i’ve been a customer for around 15 years now. I rated it 3 stars for one reason only. When we request home service they do not provide transportation for their staff to come to our home! We pay double the price, and we have to provide our own driver to pick up their staff to bring them home and drive them back to the saloon! What if we don’t have a driver? What is the point of home service? Why do you think people request home service? For many reasons and maybe one reason is that they can’t drive to the salon or maybe they don’t have available driver. And if you’re worried about the transportation fees, add it to the service fees. Do you think someone who is willing to pay double the price of the original service fees will not be willing to pay a little extra for your transportation? I requested home service a few times because i am not vaccinated and can’t get into the saloon, but my driver is not always available for. Also i was requested at one time to drive the technician by myself to bring them from the saloon to my home and take them back to the saloon because i did not have available drivers. I think by doing so you defeated the purpose of home service. I had to look for other saloons who provide the full service of “home service” from transportation to everything else.

They take fazza And also they are so nice to customers and the environment is so clean and quite .. im going to travel from abudhabi and i will miss doing my self at this place .. Positive experience: Enjoyed an awesome Hammam that followed with relaxing in a seperate area, an area that should be tranquil and keep you in the bliss of being in a spa but all I could here were the ladies chatting and cleaning the whole time. Afterwards I had a massage but still could hear people talking. I think while you have customers upstairs in that area it should be quiet and tranquil. Love the new Hammam area though, very nice upgrade.
