Positive experience: My favorite gym n trainers . There are many friendly ladies at gym. Many good training sessions. I used to take personal training here and It changed my body n mind. Trainers Jini & Soniya used to give me personal training sessions . They are wonderful trainers ever i met . I strongly suggest evolve gym to all ladies .

Fantastic experience: Evolve ladies fitness club has been awesome to me. They come true with their slogan . "Involve to evolve".... Their classes are super fun and trainers are very talented and informative. My personal favourite class is aerobics. But apart from these classes there are many other options like special packages and trainings with world class crazy trainers. The staff is really welcoming too. They are always holding a big smiles on their faces. Neat and clean gym.trainers are always ready to welcome u.easy freezing options.its All in One place. Their trainers are exceptional especially SONIYA.Very Amazing personal trainer (soniya).I will recommend other to SONIYA for Training, as she is training me (as I m taking special package also... )and making my morals high and always motivating me. Evolve has very friendly team who make me actually want to go train...my body and mind.....I feel fresh and motivated every time. I would consider my each and every penny is totally worth by paying and going to evolve.The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but Good experience.I definitely recommend them to my friend and Family.

Fantastic experience: Evolve gym has been awesome to me. All the trainers are super talented and nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. They give you special tips and tricks to strengthen your body. I have been a lazy bug and this gym has made me active and fresh all through out the day. I can see the change of energy level in me. I have made many friends there. It's my comfort and stress buster zone especially for a working woman like me. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Would highly recommend!

The classes held with trainers (Lakshmi,Aswathy, Jini, and Fathima) are truly amazing. I have never felt so comfortable before. I've been a member of a few different gyms before, but to be honest, yours (Evolve) is the best. I came out of the gym buzzing and smiling! Fantastic experience: I burned 7 kgs from 100kgs nearly in a month, thanks to Evolve for showing such wonderful guidance for its clients. I had taken several online gym courses with no expected results. With high expectations, I have joined Evolve for Personal Training to trim my body. This is purely happening with the motivation and mentor given by the trainer-ASWATHI. Though my body hates taking too much stress given by the trainers , my mind would love to go and really enjoy the environment with trainers' motivation. Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I ever been to the staff are really kind and supportive they made me feel welcomed, I was there for six months which showed me how good the owner knows how to deal with people and how kind she is as a person, would really recommend this place for anyone who loves to work out and to also meet kind loving new people and also the class is there a really fun highly recommend it

I recommend the gym for women whom to have a plan health and wellbeing. لقد كنت أتدرب في صالة الألعاب الرياضية هذه لمدة ثلاثة أشهر. لقد رأيت تغيرات جذرية على صحتي وخفضت وزني بمقدار 4 كجم. المدربة هي مجتهدة - محترفة وتحفيزية. مالكة الصالة الرياضية ألهمت الكثير من الأمهات والنساء لإطلاق صالة الألعاب الرياضية النسائية فقط لممارسة الرياضة من أجل الحرية والمرونة. أود أن أعرب عن امتناني للفريق. أوصي بالصالة الرياضية للنساء اللواتي لديهن خطة للصحة
