Negative experience: Gym is good but music is loud . And everyone hear their own music. Still why they keep gym music loud. I dont get it. I complained many times.but no use.

What really makes FlyHigh stand out is how family-friendly it is. Both my kids are enrolled in their CrossFit and gymnastics programs, and they absolutely love it. They’re friendly,professional and happy to help with any questions whether its about membership options or class schedules. Negative experience: Terrible admin, extremely rude staff , zero professionalism. My daughter has been in their gymnastics for almost 2 years, and i just recently got an extremely rude email from their staff. I don't recommend this place if you are considering gymnastics for your kids, you will struggle with the admin and the timings, and they are inconsiderate. My daughter is 6 years old and they put timing of 6-8pm, i have to fight them every term to change the timings and i have to explain that my child is only 6 years old and they wakeup early for school.

Negative experience: I have never seen a customer service team as rude. I only message them for makeup classes for my child in gymnastics. They don't accept unless there is a medical certificate, but there isn't always one. This is now why I am saying they are rude, it's just how they communicate with people. and even though left and right our sessions get cancelled for competitions and other reasons and the makeup sessions they send to us don't even work because we are both working parents. On top of that, the sessions are getting more and more packed the parents have no where to test on the weekends. I've been with FlyHigh for almost 2 years, but this is definitely our last semester.

Negative experience: Worst communication ever Has been following up to get the 10% discount they offer for 2 weeks now And always they delay responding and finally they r telling me you ll not get the discount availed and they don't care about keeping their clients at all they don't know how to deal with customers

Fantastic experience: One of the best tunes in the UAE. Having state of the art machines, the Technogym. A really nice and spacious space a running track in the middle as you can see in the video. Perfect lighting and a perfect minimal decoration Many activities and plenty of classes , toilets are really clean and of course Jacuzzi sauna a plunge pool Highly recommended

Negative experience: I’m giving Fly High Fitness 1 star because of their unfair freeze policy. The gym itself is great, but they charged me 100 dirhams to freeze my membership and never gave me the days back. I expected either a refund or an extension, but I got neither. When I asked about it, I didn’t get a proper resolution. This is unacceptable—if you’re charging for a freeze, members should either get their money back or have their membership extended. Be careful before freezing your membership here.

Negative experience: While the service and cleanliness were great, I was disappointed to find that some key information was not disclosed at the time of subscription. When I raised the issue with management, they were unwilling to address my concerns. Unfortunately, this left me feeling misled, and I can’t recommend them based on this experience.”

Fantastic experience: We moved to UAE - over a year ago and living in Green Community joined Fly High. Our 2 x boys - now turning 4 and 6 respectively have been attending gymnastics here for 12 months or so with the obvious term breaks. They have made tremendous progress physically - strength, mobility and flexibility. Special thanks to Razwan - coach for my 6 year old - he is simply amazing ! Lastly, all the team at FH, are friendly and helpful and provide an incredible service to the members and their families. Thank you Elvis and Team !!

Love the kick boxing, coach is very professional, passionate, patience with kids to develop and firm, helping kids to learn not only skills but discipline and competence attitude. Kudos to coach Roman. Gymnastics and CrossFit are another amazing experiences for both our kids.

The best part is they provide all kind of comfort for your muscle recovery. Sauna and steam as well as plunge pool are amazing. Fantastic experience: I traveled all the way from Saudi Arabia to give my 2 daughters private gymnastics classes. My daughters took private classes with coach Gregory for 13 days. I can't describe how happy I am with this journey starting from the receptionists who are very welcoming to the man in the cafeteria who is so nice . On top of all that, Coach Gregory is a great coach he knows how to deal with kids. My daughters had the best time with him. He is very patient and repeats the information many times if needed. He also cares about the kids feelings yet teach them good gymnastics skill in a very professional way. I recommend this place and Coach Gregory for gymnastics lovers.

Athletic gymnastics with literally any teacher for kids (Rebert, Livio) is astounding. Then Miss Jordan, Sally and Donna will blow you away with their dancing skills and performances. Absolute gem!

Fantastic experience: Great place to start your day at! The biggest Gym I have ever seen / been to. Highly trained, experienced and professional trainers. My trainer, Michael, is more of a craftsman/sculptor than a trainer / he knows how to get the form, shape and the curves and cuts in one’s muscles. Not just a Gym but a place you relax, chat, socialize and chill!

Fantastic experience: The best gymnastics birthday party ever from this incredible venue! From the very start when I reached out to Fly High to inquire about their birthday parties, I was connected to Rochelle and she was so attentive and devoted to making our daughter's 6th birthday exactly how she'd imagined it. The facility itself is incredible. Everything was set up on time and meticulously on the day by the team. A big, big thank you to Ivan for being such a caring, kind and fun host. The kids had an absolute blast with the massive bouncy castle followed by an entire hour of gymnastics activities and skills run by Coaches Roche and Rochelle. They had so much fun that even the parents wanted to join! The food by the gym's in house cafe Mara's Kitchen for both the kids and the parents was excellent and delicious. Indu from Mara's was also so responsive and helpful. This was truly a one of a kind birthday experience and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to do something fun and different but also involves fitness. Thank you Fly High for making Sienna's birthday the best she's ever had ♥️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best gym I’ve been to across Dubai and several other countries. The gym is very well equipped and nothing is missing. On top there is a sauna and cold plunge for recovery. The staff is service minded and always friendly and welcoming. I specifically want to recommend Ajaz for PT session as he is knowledgeable and with great experience. I’ve been training with him for a couple of years really building my strength, endurance and getting on a really healthy path for the future. Also a thumbs up to the gymnastics department and staff which my kids has enjoyed training with.

The gym is the state of the art …… beautiful equipped with all the weight training machines and cardio equipment. Spacious areas to work out and clean facility….. highly recommended to everyone…. Ajaz is an amazing Personal Trainer he is very instrumental in my body transformation in 3 months I have lost 7 kilos and Gained 4 kgs of muscle mass …… he is vey professional in his approach and technique and knows what his clients require…. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a seroius body transformation… Omar the owner is a lovely person and I wish him all the very best with Fly Dubai , his staff are amazing and very friendly.
