Love the kick boxing, coach is very professional, passionate, patience with kids to develop and firm, helping kids to learn not only skills but discipline and competence attitude. Kudos to coach Roman. Gymnastics and CrossFit are another amazing experiences for both our kids.

Fantastic experience: This is above excellent! The huge and spacious facilities, the cleanest shower rooms and restrooms I ever visited. The best part is they provide all kind of comfort for your muscle recovery. Sauna and steam as well as plunge pool are amazing. Highly recommended place for your workout routine, especially if you’re having a busy life, but willing to take time off for themselves.

Fantastic experience: I traveled all the way from Saudi Arabia to give my 2 daughters private gymnastics classes. My daughters took private classes with coach Gregory for 13 days. I can't describe how happy I am with this journey starting from the receptionists who are very welcoming to the man in the cafeteria who is so nice . On top of all that, Coach Gregory is a great coach he knows how to deal with kids. My daughters had the best time with him. He is very patient and repeats the information many times if needed. He also cares about the kids feelings yet teach them good gymnastics skill in a very professional way. I recommend this place and Coach Gregory for gymnastics lovers.

Athletic gymnastics with literally any teacher for kids (Rebert, Livio) is astounding. Then Miss Jordan, Sally and Donna will blow you away with their dancing skills and performances. Absolute gem!

Fantastic experience: Great place to start your day at! The biggest Gym I have ever seen / been to. Highly trained, experienced and professional trainers. My trainer, Michael, is more of a craftsman/sculptor than a trainer / he knows how to get the form, shape and the curves and cuts in one’s muscles. Not just a Gym but a place you relax, chat, socialize and chill!

Fantastic experience: Facility: Five star Learning Muay Thai for me wasn't about proving myself in a fight or competing with others; it was a dream rooted in my deep desire to become the best version of myself. For the past five years, I’d been lifting weights, but in just three months of MMA training, the growth and improvement I’ve felt in every area of my life are undeniable. It’s not that the gym doesn’t have its value, but Muay Thai offers something unique—a discipline that only a few pursue because it demands a sincere drive to improve oneself, both mentally and physically. Throughout this journey, having the right trainer has been essential, and I’ve been incredibly fortunate to train under Mr. Roman. His patience and attention to detail are exceptional; he brings out the best in us, teaching not only the techniques of MMA but also how to remain humble and calm in life. Fantastic experience: The best gymnastics birthday party ever from this incredible venue! From the very start when I reached out to Fly High to inquire about their birthday parties, I was connected to Rochelle and she was so attentive and devoted to making our daughter's 6th birthday exactly how she'd imagined it. The facility itself is incredible. Everything was set up on time and meticulously on the day by the team. A big, big thank you to Ivan for being such a caring, kind and fun host. The kids had an absolute blast with the massive bouncy castle followed by an entire hour of gymnastics activities and skills run by Coaches Roche and Rochelle. They had so much fun that even the parents wanted to join! The food by the gym's in house cafe Mara's Kitchen for both the kids and the parents was excellent and delicious. Indu from Mara's was also so responsive and helpful. This was truly a one of a kind birthday experience and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to do something fun and different but also involves fitness. Thank you Fly High for making Sienna's birthday the best she's ever had ♥️

Positive experience: Top place for workout, plunge and steam. Could you PLEASE make the showers COLD? I have asked before but they are too warm in these months. Cold is boiling! If showers go to very cold, it is 5 star!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best gym I’ve been to across Dubai and several other countries. The gym is very well equipped and nothing is missing. On top there is a sauna and cold plunge for recovery. The staff is service minded and always friendly and welcoming. I specifically want to recommend Ajaz for PT session as he is knowledgeable and with great experience. I’ve been training with him for a couple of years really building my strength, endurance and getting on a really healthy path for the future. Also a thumbs up to the gymnastics department and staff which my kids has enjoyed training with.

The gym is the state of the art …… beautiful equipped with all the weight training machines and cardio equipment. Spacious areas to work out and clean facility….. highly recommended to everyone…. Ajaz is an amazing Personal Trainer he is very instrumental in my body transformation in 3 months I have lost 7 kilos and Gained 4 kgs of muscle mass …… he is vey professional in his approach and technique and knows what his clients require…. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a seroius body transformation… Omar the owner is a lovely person and I wish him all the very best with Fly Dubai , his staff are amazing and very friendly.

The machinery available helps everyone get introduced to their capacities and limits in different ways. The coaches and the staff are very friendly and supportive. The body analysis that is a part of the package is especially helpful if you are hoping to plan and structure your physical evolution in the long run. Fantastic experience: My daughters have been training gymnastics at Fly High from the time it opened 4 years ago. The facility is gorgeous with large foam pits accessible from bars, beam, vault and floor. My eldest daughter is competing USA level 10 and is able to continue with her gymnastics journey in University. We are very thankful for the hard work and dedication from her coaches Florin and Ildiko to help her get there. They’ve created a great gymnastics family to my girls. I would highly recommend Fly High gymnastics from beginners to elite levels.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place for adults and kids! Gym facilities are great and parents can workout while kids are busy doing dance or gymnastics classes. My daughter has been dancing and singing with Fly High Dance Academy for the last 3 years and we’re absolutely blown away by the results!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Fly High for over 4 years now and love the facility, staff and classes. It is by far the best gym we have been to and has extremely high hygiene standards and the staff are all friendly and professional. Unfortunately some people get aggressive and make fake negative reviews and complaints if they are asked nicely to supervise their own children - we have witnessed this before and just yesterday again! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, classes and coaches. Cycling class is one of the greatest classes I have been to. I recommend everyone to come and many other classes are amazing as well which I like a lot. Receptionists are very helpful and very friendly, thanks to Margaret, Prim and Venus.

Fantastic experience: one of the best gyms I’ve been to, all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and theres so many different studio classes and they’re all intense and really fun, you’ll never be bored. The main gym has all the equipment you’ll need for a good workout, and the bathrooms are so clean at all times. Definitely my favourite gym in dubai, it’d be incredibly hard to top this!

Fantastic experience: Fly High Fitness is one of the most clean and beautiful places that I’ve been . The facilities are incredibly clean and they have very friendly staff who care about their customers. The bad reviews it’s totally not correct and everything is fake. I have been to the incident and the parent did NOT CARE about their children’s safety and protection. They were rude , mean and disrespectful regarding the Fly High staff members. It is a SHAME to cling desperately to things that you do not assume. Well done Fly High Fitness for all your efforts and dedication to provide the best service.

Fantastic experience: As an avid gym-goer, this is the best I have found in Dubai. It's great value for money with excellent choice of training from pilates to Crossfit, yoga to gymnastics. Nowhere has such variety for such good value. It's clean, bright, with high quality equipment which is well maintained and a very nice crowd of people. I could go to many closer gyms in Dubai but I choose to drive the 20/25 minutes there as it's simply the best place in the city on all levels.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Facilities but the reason we go there is because of the Dance program. The level, the professionalism but as well the fun! My girls adore Ms Jordan - she is strict but Fun - like a real teacher should be. Ms Sally, the newest coach seems to be just the ideal addition to the team as well! Fantastic experience: What a phenomenal place. The highest standards of everything! Nothing could come to mind in the fitness world that you cant find there. The gymnastics area is simply global best! As a crossfitter myself, I can simply say its the richest crossfit facility I have visited, and by far. But the best part are the staff. Super friendly people and coachs and super hero named Lisa who take care of kids as if her own.

Fantastic experience: We have been at Fly High for 4 years now with children in a variety of activities from gymnastics to CrossFit, as well as my husband and I participating in the CrossFit program. They have some of the best facilities in Dubai with the kindest, most caring coaching staff and owners! They go above and beyond to make sure our kids are safe and happy, not to mention the confidence and growth that we have seen in our children! We can’t imagine being anywhere else!

One of the best equipped facility- Good gym and other facilities like gymnastic, kick boxing, CrossFit, fitness classes and many things more. One of the best thing I liked was it’s cold and hot pools.. really great for post work-out recovery.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility with wonderful staff, I go to gym amd classes and my daughter goes for ballet. the ladies at the reception are so helpful and always smiling, I still see a need to improve the variety of classes like adding belly dancing, it is very popular and a great excersice, as well need for varity on timing, for working population it is important to see similar classes divided equally between morning and afternoon, like legs and core, glutes and abs, yoga, trx, etc.... as well would be great when joining for a coach to sit with you quickly and understands what you are looking for and recommend training classes acoordingly instead being left on ur own to decide especially if ur not an expert.but overall very happy!

Positive experience: I played BJJ there, it's awesome and the coach is capable to bring us professionals who boost our level up. Only the training area is too small. Additionally, you need to take care that as soon as your sign the registration form you will be paying for at least three months with no exceptions, even if you are moving out of Dubai.
