Fantastic experience: So this is an interesting one because I have known and followed the progress of the InnerFight team for at least 13 years and that relates to my involvement with a competitor organization who I believe share the same goals and that is to make a difference. So I was lucky enough to take up an amazing offer for free access and that included a PT session to me that is an amazing and unexpected offer! The gym and the space they have created is only what I could describe as ‘zen’ in the sense it’s a beautiful place with a very nice vibe! Whilst I will never advocate #CrossFit unfortunately I know too many people who have been injured for life I would certainly promote and support there other business streams and that includes experts in the fields of: #FunctionalTraining #PerformanceTraining #Triathlon #Running #Endurance #CrossFit Fabulous facilities for members and visitors and for sure they have created a #HealthyLife based #Community at the Olivara Residences located in Dubai Studio City - so congratulations and #kudos to all the team involved in past, present and future operations because you have all shown #NoWeakness and I think achieved a lot!! And apologies if I might have missed anything

Fantastic experience: Listen - never trust a skinny chef right? I picked my target race - got Rob (Jones) on board and through all the bumps in the road - not to mentioned the worst of the summer humidity !!! - he got me to the start line and then some! I sprint finished each of the day stages (Ultra-X Jordan) this being testament to his knowledge and training planning. Cheers Rob - it was a pleasure mate !! I'll be back again once my next target is in sight .. .

Fantastic experience: To call InnerFight a Gym would be a great disservice. It is more than just a gym, it’s a Community where people have been coming to get stronger, both physically & mentally and most importantly to have fun It’s not your typical approach of coming in, lifting weights and going home. They offer training across various disciplines – crossfit, strength, running, cycling, swimming & have excellent classes for kids & teens as well…it’s the dream package for anyone & everyone at any level of fitness. I have been going to IF for the last 2 years and can very confidently say it’s the only place I will go to for my fitness in Dubai. Fantastic experience: Amazing workouts classes!! World class coaches who challenge and push me to achieve my goals. My son loves the kids fitness classes too. Location is perfect and the gym is so neat and clean. I look forward to my workouts each week.

Fantastic experience: I went to Innerfight's past events and I absolutely love them. The classes are fun and challenging, the coaches are extremely knowledgeable. Not to mention that the receptionists are always super accommodating. And after a good workout, I head straight to Smith St. for some delicious food - highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Amazing community with top coaches. You always get a warm welcome and leave feeling fantastic (especially as there is a fabulous coffee shop upstairs). I do the bootcamp classes but have also just recently done 1-1 sessions working on mobility. Makes a huge difference.

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym and coaches. I was a little intimidated at first but everyone is super welcoming and I have never been to a gym in Dubai with such caring, professional and bloody intelligent coaches! The cafe upstairs is pretty awesome too!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities with a great sense of community. I’ve been going since 2018 and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Andy is a fantastic coach – great attention to detail. Marcus and the rest of the coaches are also top class – definitely the place to go to get fit and have fun. Great coffee and acai upstairs and 2 great podcasts that are also well worth a listen.

Joined the endurance team in 2019 and not looked back, very much a family affair now with my wife and daughter members in the strength and kids CrossFit classes. There is no better gym and I’ve tried a lot in my time in the UAE. Coaches are top class and you know they live what the preach - this is unique, and is a real value point. IF caters towards Cross-fit, Endurance, running, swimming & cycling athletes supported by the best coaches in the world who join in the training such as Track Tuesdays & weekend rides!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with IF since September 2019, I love it there. Community is great, but I care the most about the quality of coaches, I feel safe training with them. IF constantly organise inclusive fitness events for all abilities and fitness tastes. And I love the fact that they have Smith Paleo cafe up there to complement our mornings.

The classes are a variety, so you could select what is suitable for you Crossfjt, endurance classes (running, biking, and swimming), mobility, and gymnastic classes. If you want to qualify your kids to start the training, then the innerfight will be your first choice

Marcus and the team have created something very special through commitment, dedication and hard work and above all else having a very clear purpose to put the needs of their clients first. Fantastic experience: Coached by one of the team at Inner Fight, I'm a remote London-based athlete who has taken part in multiple Gran Fondos, Marathons and an Ironman. The physical progress I've made while being coached by Rob has been immense, but what sets him apart is his approach to the coach-athlete relationship and developing a positive mindset. Training to get results can be tough, demanding, challenging, but what's kept me wanting to work with Rob has been how happy and resilient I've been during this time. I can't recommend Rob and Inner Fight highly enough
