They provide excellent fitness opportunities for adults as well as a pleasant and safe environment for children.They also offer physical therapy onsite, which I found to be incredibly beneficial because it puts everything in one location if you need extra help or are healing.Thanks to Stephanie, who helped me and provided me with accurate answers to all of my questions, the coaches and staff are kind and immediately put you at comfort.

Negative experience: I went for assessment and they didn't tell me that if I register same day by 10pm I will get a free session. The just whatsapp me the message afterwards, I saw they message the next day and wanted to register, they said no this was only if registered same day as assessment!! Why you didn't tell me whem I was there for 40 minutes? Vwry disappointing and bad management.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the coaches and excellent programme. Some reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. Glad to see new faces there these days - previous ones were not nice at all

Negative experience: Disappointed Purchased a package for a hefty $ that “expired” Toddler class imo was a waste, had to repeat the same obstacle course over and over again. Not engaging or new skills to be learned across the classes, might as well saved my money by going to our local park ~which we do. For my eldest, he was bored from it maybe not his cup if tea. But i found the venue to be over crowded w/out solo focus on the child. Save your money. Plenty of cheaper, better coached “sport”/activities that kids can learn skills in Dxb Thanks pinpoint.

Positive experience: Very indifferent reception. Very hard to get any information by calls or messages as well. Neither emails.

Negative experience: The coaches are good; however, we faced a problem with the guys at the reception (they explained things in the wrong way). The management refused to show any sign of flexibility, even when we talked to the owner, Coach Samer Hijazi, who didn't try to help. This is disappointing for long-term customers who have been with the center for over a year. As a result, we left.

Positive experience: My 4 year old daughter has joined the fitness class.

Negative experience: We sent them a formal feedback on whatsapp and asked that it would be channeled to the concerned management, and they didn't even bother to reply or confirm receipt

Negative experience: Hello Admin , I am adding to my comment in response to your reply: From a customer service perspective, please consider being open to feedback and take it as an opportunity to reflect on your policies and improve the service. 1.As for extending the package to 5 month , this is the standard service you offer to all your clients , so mentioning that this was generously offered to us was not an accommodative action or a service , despite the fact that I have asked for support from your side . Like extending the time or shifting that balance to his brother who has been your players for a year , both requests were denied. 2. Using the word (failed ) in your response implies that the lack of attendance was due to our negligence, yet I have mentioned that the player was injured, he is fine now , you ignored that in your reply , by the way the last time we attended he left the class with bleeding hands and had to take rest to allow his hands to heal so he can write his school exams. 3.yes , you were transparent from the beginning regarding the time frame , yet you were neither understanding nor empathetic. 4. Management should be approachable. I gave you the credit and appreciated you for the training you give , and the good attitude of your reception team It is not a fight to prove one is right and the other is wrong. It is a constructive feedback maybe you can also consider the possibility of benefiting from it for the future and for other customers. Original message: The coaches are amazing and the training was progressive and well-structured. I am disappointed with the management though . Not at all accommodative or approachable . First , the booking option allows for booking 24 or 25 sessions not less . The players are expected to finish their sessions within a certain time frame. We could not finish due to a medical injury and later due to the IGCSE exams . The admin refused to shift the pending classes to the players younger brother and did not allow us to use the package post the expiry date. We have requested to speak to the manager , which the admin had politely declined as the policy doesn’t allow parents to reach the owner ! We asked to have him calling us back which did not happen . I understand that they need to run a business, yet what harm would have it caused to allow me to use the money I have already paid

Negative experience: No one there to hear customer voice. When you have an issue, no incharge at site to talk to. Even staff refused to give manager's contact no.

Fantastic experience: My son has been going to this place almost since it opened. I can't explain how happy I am with it. My son's self confidence increased, ability to be a team player, accepting criticism and working on it. Coaches are strict YET nice. They are harsh YET soft. Honestly I have never been bothered with anything up until now. It's physically important for the kids but also for character building. If you are hesitant I can assure you it's a great place for your child.

Fantastic experience: My son (8 years old) is so in love with Pinpoint! This is such an amazing sports, it is fun, it develops coordination, physical strength, accuracy, reaction, focus, speed and so many other things. The coaches are so cool, friendly and fun but also strict when the situation requires. They manage to hold and keep kids attention so well! My son never wanted to do any physical activity until we came here, now he is so good at parkour, so fast and strong, coordination is so good! we’ve started to see results straightaway! I definitely recommend it to everyone! Many of our friends followed us and now they are also happy and excited every time to come to Pinpoint. Thanks to all everyone that works here, all the coaches and also people who take amazing videos of the kids each and every practice session and send them to us, parents. Fantastic experience: Meet you guys was one of the best experiences for me and for my son. My son has ADHD and this kind of training involving balance, agility and strength is one of the best treatment, as per the specialized doctor. So, I bring him to the class, but at first moment he didn’t want to participate. Them, I decided to do one class in order to encourage him. The strategy work it out, my son started to attend the classes and in the end we both love it. Now, we both do practice it together, and it become something very special between me and my son. Thank you very much!

I have been taking my 5-year & 7-year old for the level 2- class for the past 1 year. They have developed tremendously and their confidence is boosted every time they attend. Even onlooking to classes going on with the kids you can see how passionate and caring they are that everyone perfects their skills in the class. Sometimes a move is hard or daunting, but the coaches are so patient and fun, sometimes all the coaches join in to give feedback and encouragement. TOTALLY RECOMMEND anyone looking to learn new skills in a friendly, safe environment. Get your little buzz feeling after the class. Remember nothing comes easy for us or kids , (not going to lie you may get a little bump here or there, or have to do some push ups/planks/ jumps to dare I say improve) so even if nervous, book in the next class. Place for parents to sit, free and easy parking close to JP, daily sessions at sensible times post school (ie not too late), easy to book short notice, totally flexible, not too busy, and the coaches...wow, my son has experienced 2 now and both were equally impressive. They instil accuracy over speed, getting each action right and the consequences of that if right or wrong. So encouraging and motivating, so alert, and for the full hour the kids and coaches are engaged in the activities. I'm really quite delighted with finding this place! Please get your coffee machine working - its a shame you're losing out on revenue to the other well known coffee barista round the corner ! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Best place for kids to learn new skills. Professional coaches and convenient class timings and locations specially when it comes to find a free parking. I take my kids straight after school and In weekends. For the last 8 months my 4 kids moved to higher levels and we are very happy with the service. We can book all the classes and monitor the validity and the classes balance by using a very user friendly mobile application. Literally the place where my kids never got bored of. Highly recommended.
