Negative experience: This is the worst gym I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. As soon as you give them your card information, your data somehow gets compromised the next day. You leave the gym, and then three months later you find out they’ve charged your card because the employee never processed your cancellation. You send emails and try to get your money back, but no one ever responds. They deducted a month from my account for no reason, and there has been no response from the administration. I also didn’t attend during that period. In my experience, they act irresponsibly and don’t care about their customers at all.

Fantastic experience: Coach Brian is by far the best PT you can get here. He has helped me make so much progress in only 1 month. Other than that, the gym amenities are excellent with a broad range of machines and items fo workouts. There is also complimentary water and spacious changing rooms, accompanied by friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I registered my son for a one-month membership and made it clear that I would only renew if he was satisfied with the services. The reception staff confirmed this arrangement. However, at the end of the first month, despite their assurances, they charged my card without authorization. When I raised the issue, they simply ignored my complaint and stopped responding to my emails. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had in Dubai since moving to the city in 2007.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Snap Fitness for about three months now and I’ve loved it. The membership is very reasonably priced, it’s open 24/7, and you get two PT sessions a month plus access to group classes. They have an app, which gives you access to free workout videos and the group class schedule for bookings. Even during peak hours it’s not overly crowded, and there’s a good range of equipment (they have a hip thrust machine which is nice). The trainers and people are genuinely friendly and helpful. The classes are excellent, special shoutout to Eva for her killer PT sessions and a great circuit class - she’s very motivating and pushes you to failure! Also Majid for his muscular endurance class and great energy. My only suggestion would be to pause the music during prayer times.

Negative experience: May be a decent gym facility, but the management is absolutely terrible. My son requested to cancel his membership in April. Nobody informed him about needing to fill out a cancellation form or follow any specific procedure. Despite this, they continued to charge my credit card every month until August, when I noticed and had to close the card myself. On September 10th, I went to speak to them in person. They claimed they had no record of the cancellation, even after I showed them an email my son sent on July 3rd (we were abroad at the time). Only then did they finally process the cancellation on the spot—yet they had already attempted to charge my card on September 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th! Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the manager simply shoved the signed contract in front of me and said there was nothing they could do. This attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. They clearly only care about squeezing money out of customers, not about customer service or fairness.

He's supportive, patient and ensures you get the movements and postures right. The workout plan he designed was incredibly challenging, but Basil was determined and ensured I understood that it was essential for reaching the goal we set during our initial meeting. Snapfitness is an exceptional gym that sets the standard for excellence in every aspect whether it's space,top-notch equipment,cleanness.they recently updated the the equipments & there are group sessions on diffrent timings so it's perfect place whether you're just starting out or already into fitness. Staff is polite and friendly specially training under basil along with losing weight my health issues are getting cured. Every session is by him tailored to my goals and fitness level. Highly recommend for anyone serious about improving their health with the right guidance!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Snap Fitness for just over a year. They have a good selection of machines and weights, and have recently undergone a faxçade update throughout the main gym area. They could do with modernising the changing areas and bathrooms, they lost some big mirrors in the renovation which weren't replaced and should look at introducing more fractional weights and some updated machinery for better growth options. Special mention to the trainer Basil for his PT coaching. He provides engaging and focused sessions, and its great to see the solid improvements that I am making.
