Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Snap Fitness for about three months now and I’ve loved it. The membership is very reasonably priced, it’s open 24/7, and you get two PT sessions a month plus access to group classes. They have an app, which gives you access to free workout videos and the group class schedule for bookings. Even during peak hours it’s not overly crowded, and there’s a good range of equipment (they have a hip thrust machine which is nice). The trainers and people are genuinely friendly and helpful. The classes are excellent, special shoutout to Eva for her killer PT sessions and a great circuit class - she’s very motivating and pushes you to failure! Also Majid for his muscular endurance class and great energy. My only suggestion would be to pause the music during prayer times.

Negative experience: May be a decent gym facility, but the management is absolutely terrible. My son requested to cancel his membership in April. Nobody informed him about needing to fill out a cancellation form or follow any specific procedure. Despite this, they continued to charge my credit card every month until August, when I noticed and had to close the card myself. On September 10th, I went to speak to them in person. They claimed they had no record of the cancellation, even after I showed them an email my son sent on July 3rd (we were abroad at the time). Only then did they finally process the cancellation on the spot—yet they had already attempted to charge my card on September 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th! Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the manager simply shoved the signed contract in front of me and said there was nothing they could do. This attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. They clearly only care about squeezing money out of customers, not about customer service or fairness.

He's supportive, patient and ensures you get the movements and postures right. The branch is recently renovated, provides drinking water, has clean facilities, a fine crowd and trainers on the floor like Coach Mudasir too who I've briefly trained with. Snapfitness is an exceptional gym that sets the standard for excellence in every aspect whether it's space,top-notch equipment,cleanness.they recently updated the the equipments & there are group sessions on diffrent timings so it's perfect place whether you're just starting out or already into fitness. Staff is polite and friendly specially training under basil along with losing weight my health issues are getting cured. Every session is by him tailored to my goals and fitness level. Highly recommend for anyone serious about improving their health with the right guidance!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Snap Fitness for just over a year. They have a good selection of machines and weights, and have recently undergone a faxçade update throughout the main gym area. They could do with modernising the changing areas and bathrooms, they lost some big mirrors in the renovation which weren't replaced and should look at introducing more fractional weights and some updated machinery for better growth options. Special mention to the trainer Basil for his PT coaching. He provides engaging and focused sessions, and its great to see the solid improvements that I am making.

You’ll find everything you need for a great workout, and the gym’s layout ensures you can use the equipment easily. What really sets this branch apart, however, is the staff. They are fantastic—friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Whether you’re new to the gym or a regular, you’ll feel supported and well taken care of. One area that could use improvement, however, is the shower and toilet facilities. Compared to other gyms, like Fitness First on Church Street in Brighton, Australia, the showers and restrooms here are substandard. For a gym of this caliber, I’d highly recommend an upgrade to enhance the overall experience. Despite this, the gym remains a great option for anyone looking for a clean and well-equipped, fitness center in the area. Highly recommended and hopefully we see an update of shower and toilet facilities soon.

Positive experience: Have been a member since day 1 of the opening. Amazing staff, clean and friendly gym. The only thing is that we keep asking for window blinds as the sun is so strong and we cannot use any of the machines facing the window in the morning I hope the management will fix that issue soon as it has been years we are complaining

Negative experience: It’s been two months now since i joined the gym, overall experience is okay , the stuff are very nice , location is good to sum up i can say average , i have some notes to be considered urgently : 1. Sometimes No Toilet papers in the toilets 2. No paper towels not tissues in the gym which is weird 3. Number os showers are only two which cause some delay as i need to wait for at least 10 to 15 mins 4. All treadmills without screens 5. Access card is hard card not digital which is weird we are in 2024

Positive experience: I have mixed feelings about this place. It's good value, and my PT, Karabo, is great, but some of the other trainers are very unpleasant. One of the PTs actually mocked me today for using those locking springs and there were none for him to use. Like, why should you use them and not me? And it's your gym. If there aren't enough, buy more. And how the hell do you get away with treating your clients like they're idiots? Not acceptable Edit: their classes also leave a lot to be desired. Half the time they are scheduled but don't take place, and nobody tells you
