Negative experience: Worst gym ever No AC 90 percent of the year Mats have been bad since 2 years (Owners have been informed since but no action was taken) Pathetic service when you have any relevant concerns If you want a gym to get pissed off every day when you go for a workout, pls join @ 120 AED/month

Negative experience: It’s the worst gym ever. They change their rules suddenly, take your money and don’t give refunds even if the customer is right. It’s smells really bad. I don’t recommend it at all.

Negative experience: Poor facilities . Faulty finger print entry systems. People have to bend to pass or either wait for passing. Some of the equipments are damaged and risky and can collapse anytime.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this gym, especially when it came to their customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing concerns or answering questions, making me feel like just another transaction rather than a valued customer. Their approach lacks empathy and basic courtesy, leaving the impression that they don’t see you as a person, only as a way to meet sales quotas. It’s unfortunate because I expected better from a business that promotes health and well-being. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming or professional environment

Fantastic experience: I visited Citymen Power Gym for a membership and I’m really impressed with their facilities and flexibility. The 24/7 access is perfect for my busy schedule, and the location in Satwa make it super convenient. The gym has everything I need, from a well-maintained workout area and training classes The atmosphere is friendly and the space is always clean, which makes working out enjoyable. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, which has been great for improving my form and technique. Citymen Power Gym offers a great mix of quality, affordability, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gym with flexible hours and solid facilities!

Negative experience: Very Bad Management. Most of the gym equipments are faulty and can collapse and injure others anytime. There's multiple finger print entry systems, but none of them is working, they expect the members to either wait or bend and pass. Very Unprofessional.

Negative experience: I joined this gym from last month Now they have started a package of 400AED for months I told the person sitting at the counter that I want this package He renewed my one month package by mistake I said no I want the same 400 package He would tell me further that now that package cannot be changed Even though it wasn't my fault He told me to talk to the manager He gave me the manager number I talked to the manager The manager said ok we will change but there is a manager named jamsy He said that this cannot be change now They have used it just to create package drama I have brought four more friends to this gym Because there are two good trainers in this gym, one's name is Shahbaz and the other's name is Yusuf But now we four of us will leave this gym Because of the counter boy and the managers They don't know how to deal with customers i pay 140 I am leaving to you guys sorry dear sir shahbaz we miss you always.

The management is very friendly and professional, and I highly recommend it to people who want to receive attention from the trainers. Additionally, they offer a great deal where if you buy a yearly package, you can use their Both gyms(Branch 1 and Branch 2). Great job, Team Cityman! Keep it up!
