Negative experience: Never go to this store. They have no customer support and they are not selling genuine products. We brought two E-scooters, one receives a complaint within a week, it is not capable of 6 km range and another after 2 months same state. Comparatively, the prize is also high.

Negative experience: Posting a detailed review for the lack of service ethics at this shop for e-scooters. I bought a scooter in February, the only reason to buy from this shop is that the Main Sales person said they give 6 months normal wear and tear warranty and service warranty. Gave my scooter to them to service and correct one of the lights. The same person said we have changed rules and now we give one month warranty. However they agreed asked me to keep the scooter overnight for service. I am 100% sure the tyres were all good. Later next when I receive the guy says your tyre was flat so we will charge you 40 Dirhams. OK I paid. The light also was corrected. I left thinking ok they are good. And yesterday I had a spark in the same light because of their faulty wiring and today I am spending 350 dirhams just yo repair the entire wiring burnt. Offcourse I did not go back to them to show this as I feel cheated and hopeless with this shop. Just to make a mere bucks they made me cost so much more. Pathetic after service for e-scooter. Negative experience: Just bought a Land rover mountain bike, after 4 days the front tire got deflated, we had them changed the tube a brand new one @10 am then paid 25 dhs after 5 hours it got deflated again thinking i didn't even ride the bicycle when i left the shop. Now i called them, then said cannot guarantee how long the tube will last. It's a brand new one it shouldn't be having this issues in the first place! Some other shop offers a warranty after purchasing this shop NO! Such a waste of Money!! I don't recommend these shop to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Visited Just Sport today after a few days of searching for bikes in Karama, Deira, and other bike markets. Mona Lisa helped us look at and test a few bikes and she along with the gentlemen at the front of the store answered a lot of our questions. We wanted city bikes but ended up buying 2 "sports bikes" (the handles aren't as low as some racing bikes so they are comfy to ride casually). The bikes aren't as cheap as we saw in Karama but definitely much better quality and the staff had more expertise. They do bike repairs upstairs too so we felt we could really trust them. Also bought helmets, reflective gear, and head-/tail-lights and they gave us a good price.

Fantastic experience: Bought Oyama Skyline folding bicycle 2 days ago at their Satwa branch. The employees are very accommodating. Special mention to kabayan Dante who was very helpful in making sure the bike was road ready. Muhammad at the cashier was considerate and gave us price discount on all our purchases. Ernest who was upstairs also welcomed us warmly. Thank you guys. We recommend this store for those who are looking for variety of bicycle to choose from at reasonable prices. It also sells other sports merchandise and accessories including fishing gears. The store is clean, organized, well-lit and the mechandise are nicely displayed. It has in-house technicians. Worth a visit!

Fantastic experience: Love this shop. They have a good and well selected set of products. The staff are great, Mona Lisa was helpful, honest and informative. Joseph, as well, was helpful and friendly. Finally, Dante is a great mechanic! Will definitely go there again.
