Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. The gym smells bad and feels cramped. Management is completely unresponsive — several complaints were made about the behavior of the Moroccan trainers who keep picking fights with random members, and nothing was done. The overall environment is toxic and poorly managed. I do not recommend this gym at all.

Positive experience: Joined a few months ago. Chose this gym as I live beside it. Both mixed and female gyms are quite good. I usually stay in the female section. The Female gym can be very busy most evenings with outside PTs and their clients so the majority of machines/dumbbells are used. This is one of the downsides. As for the staff in the female gym, their manners need improving. Some girl dropped weights last week by accident and it made a loud bang. So many people ran out to see what happened and just laughed. Not one person or even the staff members asked if she was alright. Thankfully she was as I asked her myself. For a business to exceed, female staff members need to improve their relationships with the members.

Fantastic experience: The nicest gym in khalifa city. The space is amazing and you can find equipment to train every muscle. The equipment brand is Matrix wich is a very good brand and they keep on updating their machines. The gym is clean and the coaches are very helpful. Mr Zakaria the manager is very helpful and friendly and the energy of the gym is amazing.

Positive experience: The gym needs to add more 20 Kg plates for loading unto the machine and etc for the more advanced gym clients. The machine are placed to close together, yes the gym is smaller than others but this needs to be addressed by ajusting the equipment to allow access to load the free weights. The gym has numerous clock but none of them work for brand a new gym this is unacceptable and an oversight of the current manager that should have been addressed before a client had to bring it to the staffs attention. But one good thing the gym is never overcrowded. But could really use some attention to the small details and things in the gym. Signed a newly joined client.

Fantastic experience: Hello, im a gym rat i tried almost every gym in abu dhabi, but for most of them the quality wasnt there as i moved close to raha, i visited C four gym, and i was very supprised compared to the other gyms the equipement quality was very high, and the customer service was good and pleasing the staff was understanding and quick to respond to any inquiries. would go back there to train regurarly very soon.

Fantastic experience: What a great staff they have! The reception accommodates all the members and visitors very well. They have Professional coaches who will guide you most especially if its your first time to workout. They also provide separate group classes for the ladies, men and kids. Their Personal Trainors are well recommended coz they will really focus on your fitness goal. They also have cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of the gym. They sanitize the equipments very well. The gym deserves more then 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal gym, great vibe and legitimately every piece of equipment you can think of. Perfect for the serious lifter or a newbie, by far the best gym in the area (I’ve tried several others). Extremely personable staff all around and a high quality, well maintained facility. Ive tried most all of them, from european gym,beyond,blue,ruby fitness etc. my favorite was beyond but unfortunately it was closed after covid 19. I believe the best gym for now is c four. The atmosphere is cool. Many trainers thats really take care of every one who might needs help. Big spaces. Well organized. 2 separate gym as in mixed and only ladies.
