Fantastic experience: J'ai commencé les séances d'EMS avec coach Aman, et, bien qu'au début j'étais un peu sceptique de lui et aussi du programme, je me rends compte 3 mois plus tard des bénéfiques que les sessions m'ont apportées. Je suis beaucoup plus à l'aise avec les exercises. Coach Aman s'est adapté à mon niveau (cad 0) et a progressivement augmenté l'intensité des exercices. Ce que je trouvais très très dur au début est devenu de l'échauffement pour moi aujourd'hui. Il va peut être essayer de blaguer beaucoup (au début en tout cas), mais c'est pour détendre l'atmosphère et surtout essayer de vous faire apprécier (plus ou moins) les exercises. Aujourd'hui (et depuis 1 bon mois peut être), j apprécie les séances avec coach et je suis satisfaite des résultats que j'observe sur moi. Negative experience: My recent interview experience at Bfit ems was extremely disappointing. The interviewer was highly unprofessional, both in the way she spoke and conducted herself. I felt disrespected and undervalued throughout the process. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope the company takes steps to improve how they treat potential candidates. Respond : Your response to my review only reinforces my experience during the interview. Referring to my attire as “pyjamas”seriously !!! is that how you treat people? I’m confident in my responses and knowledge, and I know I didn’t answer any questions incorrectly. What surprised me was the interviewer’s lack of sports knowledge and professionalism. As you mentioned, you should select staff who uphold high standards and communicate respectfully. Fantastic experience: After 3 months and twice per week I can drop this 5 stars review, especially when you don’t have time to spend hours In a regular gym. Every session is only 20 minutes long, with the same effect of a normal long session of more than 1 hour in a regular gym. With your private coach, mine is coach Aman he is the best he will keep pushing for better results. Concerning the price they are the best in comparison with other ems clubs, go for the longer package to get better price, they also have tabby so that you can pay in 4 installments.
