Positive experience: If you are a GYM rat, you will definitely like this place. Machines, machines and more machines! Old but all rehabilitated and renewd, working hours ate sort of convenient although I would prefer a 24/7 GYM like other gym chains, they open at 6 and close at 11pm. Dumbbells, bars and cables are abundant. Several T bars, 10 or sometimes more machines for each muscle group. So it's like heaven for those looking for machines, but and there is always a but! Changing rooms: NIL! Showers: only 2 and they literally suck! No warm water, water is so weak, lockers have no keys! There is even no bench to rest or sit when Changing your shoes! The Changing/shower area is just horrible. Entrance is by face recognition which is a plus, it makes things easier. The staff are extremely friendly, specially captin Shaji -ask for him, will always help you with a smile-, receptionists are sweet too, there is a large parking lot but could be crowded at times, specially in the mid afternoon. Price wise, it's avarage, more than gymnation and other gym chains, but still so affordable. The atmosphere is generally friendly, but if you're an extreme introvert you won't feel comfortable since everyone greets and shouts at everyone here! So get ready for someone invading your personal space always :))

Negative experience: Best equipements but i dont know why service is 0 no shower or clean toilet the smell is always so bad no toilet papers etc hygiene is null even ive told myself more than 10 times to reception I regret my money honestly صلحوا الشاور خلي الناس تجي تتمرن وتشوف حالها مسخرة كذا من كم والشاور بارد الواحد يكسل يجي ولاعاد تخلو الحقن داخل الشاور

Fantastic experience: صالة ممتازة وأجهزة متكاملة ومدربين متعاونين فيها صالة لتمارين الأثقال وصالة لتمارين الكروس فيت ، ومصلى صغير، بالإضافة لوجود واي فاي مجاني، وبخصوص حساب الإشتراك(( فقط يحسب عليك اليوم اللي تتمرن فيه، واليوم اللي ماتتمرن فيه لايحسب ويبقى معك بعد نهاية الاشتراك )).. موقع الصالة قريب من مغسلة سيارات ومطعم صحي رياضي
