Negative experience: 1-Poor customer service and poor management approach. 2- Stupid and outdated entering policy using wrist band which you pay 55Aed if you “forget it” 3-you can only enter when you book through the app which lags sometimes 4- Lighting is too bad 5- There is no much available classes

Fantastic experience: Great gym with excellent equipment for both weightlifting and powerlifting. The place is always well-maintained and has everything you need for serious training. The real standout is Coach Dario. His focus on strength, technique, and proper form helped me see fast results in a short time. On top of that, he has a great personality and knows how to motivate you. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: The gymnastics classes are great but I really dislike needing a wristband and having to book access for even the main gym (not even a class) ahead of time. Probably won't be renewing if that's still the case in 6 months from now...

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Fitrepublik for a few years, started with strength and conditioning which is fantastic, super knowledgable coaches, good equipment and great community. I now do mainly personal training with Sandro who is amazing. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys CrossFit/strength and conditioning.

Fantastic experience: I moved back to my home country a while ago, but I still wanted to take the time to review this amazing gym. It’s very modern and well-equipped, and the staff are always available and friendly. I especially loved taking classes with Hasan, a truly passionate coach who makes every session motivating. Fantastic experience: I visited FitRepublik for the first time one month ago with the goal of losing weight and building muscle, with the support of a Personal Trainer. I was fortunate to find an excellent PT who has been helping me work toward this goal with patience and consistency. I first scheduled a trial session with Mohamed Labouri, who quickly understood my starting point and what I hoped to achieve. He took the time to explain the personalized program he could create for me, as well as the nutritional guidance he would provide. I decided to book a package of 10 sessions for the month, and I’m pleased to say that the initial results have been very encouraging: I have gained confidence, feel more comfortable in my clothes, built muscle, and completely transformed my eating habits.

Fantastic experience: I first started coming to FitRepublik in the summer of ‘24 to get back in shape after a significant weight gain. I tried a few classes here and there but I ended up committing to Body Attack with Hasan twice a week because he is such a great instructor, really engaged with his members and knows how to encourage people to stay committed. The class is also challenging and so much fun it ended up being the highlight of my week, every week. If I could do it everyday, I would. I then decided to do PT sessions with Hasan so I can meet my target. It’s been a year and a half now since I’ve been coming to the gym (fully committed to the attack classes, and some PT sessions along the way, as well) and I am happy to say I not only met my target, I exceeded it. Thank you, Hasan and the Fitrepublik team. The impact you have on people’s lives is immeasurable..

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love FitRepublik! I do swimming lessons and fitness training with Mehr Singh, and she is the nicest person I have ever met! She is an energetic and compassionate coach, and she made something as daunting as exercising an easy and even fun thing to do! The amenities are great as well, the staff is very welcoming, and the atmosphere is rife with a certain determination that pushes you to improve yourself. In short, I have no complaints—definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Classes at FitRepublik are what gets me through the week, especially the group classes with Hasan. I’ve been attending his classes regularly over the last two years and every session is challenging, motivational and fun, with a lot of attention on technique to make sure you’re doing the exercises well to avoid injury. I’ve been doing Body Attack, Core and Body Balance for a while now and recently added Body Pump - a class I knew was important for strength training but was very intimidated to start, so I was grateful to have Hasan watching to make sure my technique was correct. I also really enjoy swimming and yoga classes, as well as the overall energetic vibe and cleanliness of each space and studio. Blessed to have this amazing facility just down the road. Thank you Hasan, thank you FitRepublik! And thank you to all the staff there - you guys are awesome and we appreciate you!

Coach Robert, Sandro, Dario, Suzanne & Dylan are the heart of this place nd because of them i made so much progress!! they r the best coaches u will ever find always there to support, correct technique, push u to level up!! Alyona, really knows how to push you without overdoing it, and the results have been amazing — I feel stronger, leaner, and way more confident. Super chill vibe but still keeps you accountable. Fantastic experience: I really love this gym but at first their customer service was quite slow to respond to my queries. That changed when I contacted Omar. He was incredibly quick, helpful and responsive. Because of him I upgraded my membership to Premium Plus Reformer. He even arranged for me to try a class the same day I purchased my package after I had been asking about it for months. Thank you Omar!

Fantastic experience: This gym is one of the few places where you actually feel motivated to work out. Everything is well thought out: modern equipment, lots of space, no chaos even during peak hours. The trainers are professional but not pushy, which I appreciate. It’s also great that there’s a pool and spa - perfect after a long day.

Negative experience: Getting waayy too crowded and careless. I love everything about the gym except the fact that there are too many people in so little space, you should think of expanding instead of getting new clients Also FIX THE FEMALE LOCKERS!! Alot of them are out of order and the locker room is chaos and too loud and i found pieces of chips in the changing room! Please go back to being clean and organized.

Fantastic experience: Next level coaches , comprehensive fitness , wellbeing and sports center

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this gym. Most of the machines are outdated and poorly maintained, which makes workouts frustrating. The staff attitude is unhelpful and unfriendly instead of supporting members, they make the experience worse. On top of that, if you forget your membership strap, they charge you 55 AED and don’t allow entry, which feels unreasonable and unfair for loyal members. Overall, the facility and service do not reflect the fees they charge. I would not recommend this gym unless they upgrade their equipment and improve their customer service.

Fantastic experience: Coach Mohamed Labouri is highly professional, kind, and supportive. Me as a beginner, I needed someone approachable and consistent, and he was always there to guide me. He always follows up with me about my daily food routine and if I feel good! Always happy.. always smiling. I truly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Positive experience: Went along for a trial one day session mainly to see if thi splace really lives up to the hype and would be a good gym to join, sadly after the intial greeting at reception it all started to raise eyebrows. First you need to go through another set of electronically monitored access gates to get to the changing rooms, and again to get into other parts of the gym, in fact you spend a lot of time scanning access gates than really needed. The mens changing rooms are in desperate need of a refurb! Old, kinda dirty, and not welcoming at all.... the showers are kinda ok but they are the kinda shower you have just to get home and have another shower to clean off! Credit where credit is due, reception team was awesome, helpful and attentive but once inside the first thing to see is the construction to the left which is not protected as well as it should be, you even have to walk over and avoid construction material to get upstairs... Once upstairs in the cardio area you suddenly realise, not only is all the equipment very old, but a couple of the few treadmills they have don't work and the ones that do are very outdated. Warm up done and back down the stairs, walk over the construction site and then try to navigate to find a resistence manchine, which are all again outdated and old! In general I think this place has great potential, just needs some work, maybe the construction work is part of a bigger refurbishment that includes replacing the outdated old machines and equipment, one would hope so! Shame reallly..... parking is good, location is good, size of location is great, pool is good, but needs urgent updating!

Negative experience: I gave this app one star because the customer service through WhatsApp has become terrible. No one answers. The reception team is professional, but they can’t help if there’s an issue with the app. It looks they the cutting the cost as before the response was good. Even the cleaning gym equipment before was there is sign for cleaning but not any more. I am not sure why they are not maintain in same level.

Negative experience: They have a vegan bowl that is cooked with the same rack at the meat, it taste just like meat and they claim that it is cooked on a new rack. As a gym they need to have respect for dietary preferences.

Fantastic experience: i love coach mohamed so much hes my favourite and hes always there for anyone whos in trouble. i even have a nickname that i call him everytime i see him. the camp is also equally as amazing because theres so many activities to do and everyone there is so welcoming.

Negative experience: When I initially signed up for the annual membership, I was informed that I could cancel it if I relocated. Now that I’ve moved both my residence and workplace to a much farther location, my cancellation request has been denied. Unfortunately, I still have six months left that I’ve already paid for but can no longer use — and the salesperson who assisted me is no longer responding. This feels unfair and disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Our child Vasilisa Tsiazhkina has been doing well gymnastics at Fit Republic from 3 years old and now she in stage 4 . She has been coached by Coach Precious, Coach Kudzi and Ambre since she was 3 years old and currently Coach with coach Maris and Coach Mae. We're greatful to have a coach like them. They have a good balance between caring and encouraging the gymnastics to do the best they can and just this few months she won in gymnastics competition!!!... Those coaches have impressive wealth and depth of knowledge that they freely share with the students in a supportive manners.We have always had an open line of discussion with the coaches who gladly make themselves available to talk whenever possible. We feel very fortunate to have our child at such a great gymnastics club. Love Tsiazhkin Family .

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing and alarming experience. I registered my 6-year-old son for a full week of activities at FitRepublic, trusting they would provide a safe and supervised environment. On the very first day, I found my child alone outside near the road, under the sun, with no supervision whatsoever. He had passed two security barriers and was left completely unsupervised no staff even noticed he was missing until I brought him back inside myself. This is not a minor issue. This is a serious safety failure that could have ended in tragedy. As a parent, I was absolutely shocked and heartbroken. I immediately withdrew my son and requested a full refund. I sincerely hope this review helps raise awareness and pushes FitRepublic to take real accountability to ensure this never happens again to any child.

Fantastic experience: RE Swimming Lessons: LTS Beginner with Amy Bovens Amy has a unique ability to meet her students at their individual level, allowing her to quickly identify and address specific challenges from the outset. Personally, I struggled significantly with rotation and side-breathing during freestyle, and my backstroke capacity was quite limited. Amy focused on strengthening my fundamentals, giving particular attention to these areas. As a result, my confidence and enjoyment in the water improved exponentially. She is both extremely passionate and kind in her approach, capable of providing a strong foundation that enables any swimmer to progress and thrive in the sport. Thank you Amy and Swimming Team at FitRepublik!

Fantastic experience: Fit Republic is one of my favorite gyms in the area—I come here almost every day and have always appreciated the facilities and atmosphere. However, I’m really disappointed with a new rule regarding the wristband. If you forget it, you’re either sent home to get it or required to pay 53 AED to enter. The last two times I forgot mine, I was only allowed in after spending a couple of minutes arguing with the reception. Today, I had to pay the fee—even though the staff knows me well and I’m a regular member with a disability. I don’t think this is a fair policy, especially considering how expensive the membership already is. It feels like a harsh punishment for something that can easily happen to anyone. Policies like this might push loyal customers to consider other gyms with more understanding and flexibility.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the lack of response from the kids swimming department.

Negative experience: Facility is Great but not our Swim Coach. My child 4yo female used to do private classes and was improved in swimming. Due to vicinity of our private classes we had to shift to Fit republik since it was closer to us. Mind you, per their report on the first semester my childs hand and arm control was great. Then, the second report from great to none. I would say our coach was not competent and not persuasive to kids. She would chit chat to neighbouring coach instead of reach “coach” the kids. Doesn’t talk, aside from calling the attention of the kid. Not engaging and my child swimming skills was not improved after two terms with them, it was even resulted to low performance.

Negative experience: Very stupid way to enter the gym and very arrogant reception team... the one who placed the system in place not sure how he lives in Dubai

Fantastic experience: Coach Amer is a karate coach and an academic specialist in training children. A former international champion, he holds the rank of 5th Dan. My child has changed significantly—from a weak child who was bullied by others to a strong, disciplined, and emotionally balanced individual. Thank you, Coach.

Fantastic experience: We recently celebrated our son Adam’s birthday at Fit Republic, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The venue was perfect – we had 1 hour of MMA followed by 1 hour of swimming, and every moment was full of fun and excitement. A huge thank you to Coach Diago and Grace who did an amazing job keeping the kids engaged, active, and happy the entire time. Their energy and professionalism really stood out. The food was also excellent – fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. Everything ran smoothly, and the whole setup was spot on. All the kids left with big smiles (and were completely tired out after 3 hours of non-stop fun!). We couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration. Thank you, Fit Republic!

Negative experience: I was sent a time-sensitive deal from Fit Republic offering a full membership for AED 399. It included everything from gym access to CrossFit, martial arts, and even guest passes. The message clearly came from Fit Republic and had a strict deadline, so I headed over that same day with the intention of signing up. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like what was advertised. When I mentioned the deal, the staff barely acknowledged it and instead tried to sell me a completely unrelated package that cost several times more. No real explanation—just a hard push for a more expensive membership. I left feeling pretty annoyed. If you’re going to run flash promotions, at least make sure your team is actually honoring them. Felt like a classic bait-and-switch.

Negative experience: Misleading Summer Promotion Once Dubai’s top gym, Fit Republik has declined badly. Service, quality, and trainers are disappointing. It tries to do too much but excels at nothing. Management focuses more on sales than fitness. The misleading summer promotion was the last straw.

Negative experience: It’s worst gym I ever trained in , the staff are very bad in communication and very slow and please ask about everything before you pay becuse the say a lot of rules that doesn’t let you know before , and they think they are right in everything and they don’t even listen to you

While I’ve maintained my membership out of convenience, I now rely on other gyms for actual training value, better facilities, better staff, and more transparent pricing. Fit Republik today feels like it’s trying to do too many things but fails to excel in any area. Most of the quality trainers have left, and it’s not uncommon to see members in better shape than the staff. Despite it being actively advertised, my friend and I were denied access to the offer and it’s not the first time this has happened, on this occasion we were offered something completely different and their team refused to give us the offer which was on promotion. We ended up leaving without our memberships and a bad taste in our mouths with another friend not joining due to the same issue, this has now happened multiple times and is an ongoing joke in our offices. As it stands, none of the members from my company will be renewing, and I know many others who share the same sentiment. It’s sad to watch what was once a respected gym lose its reputation due to poor leadership and customer service.

Fantastic experience: Best academy in Dubai!

Fantastic experience: FitRepublik offers high quality classes and training sessions to those ranging from any athletic background. Within their aquatics department, FitRepublik offers high-level training programs and intermediate swimming classes which people can join, and in my case, swimming with Coach Ahmed Gebrel in FitRepublik's Gold Squad for the past 3 years has been great. Their well-managed 50-meter olympic sized pool, competitive starting blocks, and experienced coaches have made me improve significantly. Furthermore, FitRepublik's swimming facility is clean, with the changing rooms being modern and spotless. Overall, I highly recommend training there.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best gym in Dubai! The energy here is on another level. All the coaches are top-notch, but a special shoutout to Safouen, Ricardo, and Hasan — these guys are incredible! They're always there to support you, push you to your limits, and still keep things super fun. The atmosphere during classes is electric, and the music they play is always on point. If you're looking for a place that motivates you, challenges you, and makes you actually look forward to working out, this is it!

Fantastic experience: Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions for me. The facilities are great, but the real stars are the trainers. Safouen, Ricardo, and Hasan are exceptional. Their guidance have pushed me to achieve things I didn't think were possible. Love it!

Fantastic experience: Love training at FIT Republic. New equipment, great atmosphere. I usually go for the LBT classes – perfect for legs and abs with Ricardo Lourenco.

Fantastic experience: i really like fitrepublik. i train swimming here 6 times a week and i have no complaints about it. it is a very organized and clean place and reccomend it. fitrepublik is my favorite gym. i also want to mention my coach, coach ahmed who really helped me on my swimming journey and has helped me progress so much.Best coach ever

Fantastic experience: Guys if you visit this gym ask for Gerson as he is a phenomenal coach! His genuine care, laser focus on improvement, and respect for every athlete make him a true legend. He inspires greatness and brings out your best with every session. Absolute GOAT! 10/10
