Fantastic experience: I like how this gym feels alive but not chaotic. People are focused, the music isn’t too loud, and everything is spaced out enough to move freely. It’s one of the few gyms where I don’t feel rushed or watched — just comfortable training at my own pace.

Whether it’s strength training, HIIT, or yoga, there’s something for everyone, and the vibe is always so positive. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, which makes a big difference. A special shoutout to Faraz, who went above and beyond to help me when I was having trouble logging in. He was patient, professional, and made sure everything was sorted quickly. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days! Highly recommend Gymnation to anyone looking for a supportive and high-quality fitness environment.

Negative experience: I have been an active member in gym nation khalidiyah mall for almost a year now and the customer support has always been great and supportive, the one day i decide to come to the reem branch, the girl Setting at the desk was honestly very racist and didn’t let me in because I was wearing a semi shoe Birkenstock, I have used these Birkens many times to the khalidiyah mall branch and I have never been advised not to wear them, she could atlest given me a warning, instead she taunted me by saying I can loss my job if I let you in , so disappointed at the staff tht works the night shift, was really excited to try the reem branch

Negative experience: I am trying to cancel my account!! This gym is stupid and also not respectful especially the receptionist LIZEL and MARIAM and don't even respect and saying sir or ma'am!! What kind of services your offering. You only want money from the customer!!! I don't recommend this gym at all!!! NO ONE EVEN RESPONDED TO ME!! THIS IS NOT A GYM BUT ALL A COMPLETE OF LIES AND SCAMMER!! MONEY IS IMPORTANT TO THEM BUT CUSTOMERS ARE NOT!! BE CAREFUL!!

Negative experience: As a girl I really don't recommend this gym. I was not informed about terms and conditions, really unprofessional staff. Tried to get a refund from the second day and they didn't accept. There are so many better gyms.

Negative experience: The staff are not helpful and friendly. The reception is snobbish. The coaches don’t help. This gym only wants money!!! I regret enrolling here so for those people who wants to go to this gym don’t go please you will regret it!!

Negative experience: Getting out of a contract with the devil is easier. Moved to Abu Dhabi from Dubai and did not like the Abu Dhabi location. Requested to cancel. Got denied. It's in their terms and conditions that you can only cancel if you're moving more than 30kms away from the nearest Gymnation location. They conveniently don't tell you this when their representative contacts you at the time of joining. They hide this catch in their terms and conditions, which they tell you are now legally binding. I accepted and requested a change in location from Downtown Dubai to Khalidiya Mall Abu Dhabi. Now, I am being asked to upgrade my membership and pay extra to access the new location. There's nothing in the terms and conditions that says that there will be an extra charge if you change Emirates and need access to a different location. They also tell you that you need a 30-day notice to cancel your contract. Otherwise, it will renew automatically, and you will be legally obliged to pay. Please read the terms and conditions before joining. Their support is not cooperative at all.

Negative experience: Blitz has deteriorated to a very low quality due to the unwillingness of certain coaches to conduct the training sessions appropriately. To save time and quickly end the workout, they do not follow the workout plan as designed. Thereby undermining the essence of the workout and depriving members of optimal workout benefits. It feels like a waste of time!
