Fantastic experience: Full disclosure is that the customer support and sales team are helpful , however my only comment is that the gym is small and doesn’t accommodate the number of clients that attend it , in addition to the fact the some Machines require maintenance and it takes a lot of time for that to happen .

Positive experience: The gym is great but the agreement is outrageous, before signing the contract they tell you that if you don't want the membership in the future and want to quit it you only have to pay for an extra month of membership but once you sign the agreement you can't quit the membership, you need to provide all kinds of proof. It's a trap, be careful if you take out a membership, if you're not in a hurry you can check out Facebook where there are many people trying to figure out how to transfer their memberships because there's no way to cancel it, and many people are complaining about it, but unfortunately nothing has changed!

Positive experience: Im a long time member in gymnation its a nice facility in terms of equipment and fitness classes but its not safe in terms of keeping belongings. Multiple complaints from members of missing money inside the lockers thats someone is stealing money in the wallets and bags but until now not resolve and this issue is still on going. I hope they will tightened the security in this facility and take immediate action on this matter and the rest is okay.

Fantastic experience: I must applaud Gloriel for amazing customer service. Whenever I have an issue or ammendment she is available immediately, follows up and action is taken. The sales person Mark did a very great job explaining all the grounds, terms and conditions. Just a heads up to everyone kindly take time to read the terms and condition upon subscribing. I find it doable and the monthly basis with the term is very convenient for us. Thumbs up.

They are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Savio. He always greets you on your way in, goes out of his way to assist you and makes you feel like this branch of Gymnation is your home gym. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the Reem branch frequently eversince I have moved my membership from Khalidiya to Reem and always had problems accessing the gym due to some card/profile issue, ONLY Afrin was able to solve the problem permanently. Not too surprised because her service levels across my time in Reem branch demanded that I remember her name. She is exceptionally outstandimg .
