Negative experience: Such a scan and a money waste , i bought a membership and i never used it and they dont want to cancel my membership and no one is answering the phone , when i came to sign up they didnt mention this condition about the cancellation and they informed me that i can cancel anytime without conditions and they was just trying to let me sign up and now no one is is answering

Negative experience: Bad smell all around, even after talking with the employees of the gym, they told me they cannot do anything about it, i believe a gym this big should be more organized and hygiene is very important which is 0%, and clean, even towels ppl don't use here !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Full disclosure is that the customer support and sales team are helpful , however my only comment is that the gym is small and doesn’t accommodate the number of clients that attend it , in addition to the fact the some Machines require maintenance and it takes a lot of time for that to happen .
