Really recommend for all 40+ male who want a change in lifestyle. Recovery option of cold plunge is worth. Situated a peaceful location and loads of parking availability.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Female Circle Workshop. It opened my eyes to a lot of things I was unaware and thought I was incapable of. It was a clean, welcoming, bright space full of plants and positivity. The staff were polite and helpful. Towels smelled amazing! and they offered us tea at the end of the Workshop. Cant wait for more female activities. Highly recommended.
