Fantastic experience: Great environment and set up for a gym. every group class still feels personalized as the coaches take the time to check on every member. They really focus on good technique and movements. definitely a great place to go to whether you are at a beginner or advanced level. The only down side is that they are usually closed during the day everyday and all Friday.
