Fantastic experience: i took classes with ghazaleh, she’s literally the best and won’t pressure you like other trainers do, she wants to take everything step by step which i truly appreciate + she is very gentle I also did the a workshop with Master Daee and it was amazing! you will learn about your body more and the location of the negative energy in your body which is so important

Positive experience: Nice and calm studio, the girls and instructors have been very helpful and friendly. I did the EMS and the Cardio Pilates, both sessions were great.

I just started with them and looking forward to improve myself with them . The staff are friendly too .

Fantastic experience: I loved the reformer pilates with Ghazala it was my first class and i took the package as well ! Nice place i was so stressed and the place and vibe made me feel better! Also Stifany made me a very good coffe and Cherish gave me a nice tour and took me through the packages and all the details! Also Aisha was so helpful. I loved them all

The instructor, Anitha, was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, she’s all positive energy and self love 3. Everything is so clean and well designed I have tried only one class, after that I took the 6 classes package

Fantastic experience: Finally found a great yoga, Pilates and meditation center in Sharjah! The place is always clean and the atmosphere relaxing. The staff and the owner (Amal) always around and are quite lovely always looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!!
