Fantastic experience: Un centre privé exceptionnel, entièrement dédié aux femmes. L’ambiance est respectueuse, apaisante et très bienveillante. Les espaces sont propres, bien organisés et pensés pour le confort et l’intimité des femmes. Gros point positif : la présence d’une salle de prière. Le personnel est professionnel, accueillant et à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement à toutes les femmes qui recherchent un lieu respectueux.

Positive experience: We recently had a party, and overall everything was very good, including the services. However, there was an issue at the end of the event. One of the staff members came to guide us to the exit because another party was taking place on the other side. When we asked her where she was taking us, she did not respond and instead repeatedly motioned with her hand in a dismissive manner, not allowing us to ask questions or receive an explanation. Her hand gestures felt rude. Since I was not wearing my hijab at the time, I kept asking whether she was taking us outside, but she refused to answer. Eventually, we were led outside the building, and I had to immediately put my hijab on. This situation made me very uncomfortable and could have been easily avoided with clear and respectful communication!

Positive experience: It's a really nice place, you can truly relax here, but the service in the restaurant could be better. No one comes to you, so you have to wait and ask for it yourself. The service is very slow, and you also have to wait quite a while for your order.

Negative experience: I was membership for slc long time ago and when I decided to register for the club membership I was surprised that the fitness aerobics schedule is fixed every month, classes are full, some members don't respect the rules regarding taking photos or videos by mobile phone whether it was in the fitness center or skating area or the restaurant (people in charge even don't say anything) Big discounts are made with the offers that is provided for all clients (so no need to use the club membership discount) I don't think that I will renew my membership again.

Negative experience: I am writing this with deep disappointment about Fitness 180 – especially after what I experienced previously and now again. Some time ago, the gym announced a Zumba party, but when I attended I was shocked to find it was actually a Halloween-themed event instead, something that was not communicated clearly at all. Even the dress code was announced as Costume-themed dress code (costume style), but when we arrived it was nothing like a normal fun fitness costume — it was full Halloween outfits and theme, completely unexpected and uncomfortable. It was embarrassing, misleading, and I genuinely felt disrespected as a member who expected honesty and transparency. After that situation, I expected the gym to grow, listen, and improve… but what happened this National Day was even more upsetting. No celebration. No event. No acknowledgment of UAE National Day. This is our country, our pride — yet it was completely ignored. But Halloween was celebrated… and celebrated loudly. ❗A foreign tradition was highlighted more than our own National Day. ❗It did not represent our culture, our values, or our identity. How can a Sharjah ladies club prioritize Halloween over UAE National Day? I truly expected better. I am ashamed and extremely disappointed. The lack of respect for the country you operate in, combined with misleading event promotion in the past, shows a real misalignment with the values of many members who trusted this gym. I hope you take this as serious feedback and reflect on the importance of respecting the culture and identity of this community — because right now, Fitness 180 has completely lost that connection.

Negative experience: Je ne laisse jamais de commentaire négatif, mais là je trouvais ça nécessaire. Nous sommes venues de Dubai pour profiter entre cousines et nous avons été vraiment déçues. Que ça soit l’eau très sale et noire, ou la « piscine intérieure » semblable à une piscine municipale et où d’ailleurs le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire, je n’ai absolument rien trouvé de positif dans ce club. Sans compter le prix de l’entrée beaucoup plus cher que la plupart des beach club sur dubai. 50€/personne pour ça??!!!!! Vraiment je ne reviendrai jamais et je ne conseillerai pas du tout ce club aux personnes autour de moi. D’autant plus que nous avons demandé un remboursement étant donné que nous sommes restées même pas 1h, la dame de l’accueil nous a gentiment expliqué qu’aucun remboursement ne serai possible et qu’elle était désolée de notre mécontentement…

Payer 423 AED pour deux personnes pour avoir une eau verte avec du poulpe déchiqueté dans l’eau, les bonnets de bain payant pour accéder à la piscine et l’interdiction de manger sur la plage! C’est inacceptable vu le prix. Personnel également désagréable Nous ne reviendrons absolument pas J’ai payé moins que ça à dubai pour des beach club bien mieux avec la nourriture incluse…

Fantastic experience: This summer was amazing, although I am a long term resident in the UAE, my sister who was visiting from the UK enrolled me along with herself to a swim classes one month with coach Sumaiya. I had an amazing experience, from the lovely welcoming staff at the reception to a highly skilled amazing swimmimg coach to an amazingly clean, beautiful safe,swimming pools. For our classes we used both the leisure pool as beginners and later the Olympic pool. It was a hidden gem, for me a discovery, thank you all for a great experience. From Suad and zahra.

Negative experience: absolutely disappointed with my experience, no professional mannerism with handling situations, and the beach was extremely dirty and things kept getting stuck in me and my friends hair. Don’t recommend it at all. Not only that, they failed to mention anywhere that the beach was renovating and opened at 2p.m., the lack of effort in everything disappointed my friend and I and did not meet our expectations of the place.

Negative experience: بصراحه مأساه .. أنا من ١٠ سنين ما ييت النادي و يوم ييت توقعت اني بشوف تطور .. مثل ما خليته قبل ١٠ سنين .. رجعت و اشوف النادي مثل ما هو .. ابا اعرف ٢٠٠ درهم حق الشاطي ليش ؟ لا مرافق مرتبه ولا شي و الحمامات و الشاور مأساوية و جديمة و كل الأرضيات متبهدله و حتى ليتات عدل ماشي !!!! حتى بلسم و شامبو ماشي و النادي بكبرة على حبتين سشوار ؟ و لفيف خدمة تعبانه مع انه الاكل حلو بس منفسين الويترية ومالهم خلق .. و حر حر حر المطعم وحاطين مكيفات متحركة ؟ شو بيستوي لو غيروا شوي و سووا رينوفيشن ؟ يباله النادي بصراحه صيانه و renovation كامل و تمسكه ادارة مختلفة و تطور فيه .. برايه سكروه سنه سنتين بس عالاقل جددوا فيه شوي ؟؟؟؟ قلبي عورني الشارجه دايما في تطور بس ليش النادي وايد تعبان !!!!!!

Negative experience: السلام عليكم، انا كنت عندكم امبارح للبحر ولكن جداً جداً خاب املي، البحر مليان اعشاب بحرية، في كل مكان نتحرك فيه بتكون فيه اعشاب لدرجة جدا تثير الاشمئزاز، دفعنا ٢١٠ عشان نقضي يوم حلو و نستمتع بالبحر ولكن كيف هنستمتع بيه و احنا مش قادرين نسبح اساساً، محتاج تنظيف و ادارة مع مرور الوقت عشان يحافظ على نظافتو.

Negative experience: If there was a zero star, I will put it. The management are so rude and not polite and the ocean there is not clean and it's made all our hair greasy. I washed my hair like six times already with shampoo and still greasy and same goes to all my friends that went.

Negative experience: Will share my experience in Sharjah Ladies club. First of all the memberships are not cheap. One month-1470aed. One year-5827aed and 6 months around 4k. And these are things which is included- indoor pool (not big), some group classes, gym and beach. The most interesting group classes you will have to pay extra, like: reformer pilates, underwater cycling in the pool and etc. The big Olympic pool you can’t use unless you pay extra or take private lessons. The sea water pool you can’t use unless you pay extra, the gym massage roller also extra charge 30 mins-100 aed! So I felt like wherever I go I will have to pay extra, Don’t forget the fact how much is membership cost! Before I moved to Sharjah side I used to go to talise ottoman spa-it is the most beautiful spa in the world and what you see inside you can use everything without paying extra (monthly membership cost 500aed only) (that’s not an ad!) plus Sharjah ladies club needs renovation, looks like they built the complex long time ago
