Fantastic experience: I called Faviola because I wanted to loose weight. She guided me in all the process: exercise, diet and recovery, and I achieved my objectives in a short time. She adapted the plan depending on what I could do and often offered new exercises that helped keeping me motivated. I also could try the EMS, which ended up being a great option in combination with traditional exercises. I’m really happy to have called Faviola for how professional she is and how easy she made it for me to improve.
