From the amazing instructors, to the schedules, the variety of classes, the impressive aesthetics of the place, the ease of making/managing my bookings, the weekly dose of inspiration emails, the offers etc etc etc, I am wow'ed by it all. I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every class Ive been to; so far with Michael, Carlos and Joelle. Cannot say enough about them!

Fantastic experience: For someone who is very active, and work outs daily, the BTB class is unlike any other work out I have ever done. There is something very dynamic but also very natural about the way you move in BTB, and you feel it through your entire body. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to both, better connect with their bodies, and still get a really good workout. It has become a staple in my weekly routine, and I love being in that positive mental and physical space with both instructors Nadia and Anissa. It's a must try.

Over the past two years, I’ve explored numerous trainers, sessions, and events at Bodytree, and each experience has only deepened my appreciation for this unique space. Whether I was recovering postpartum, addressing post surgery back pain, or simply striving to improve my overall fitness, Bodytree provided the perfect support at every stage. One of the highlights for me has been Anita’s Reformer class, where her expertise and calming demeanor make every session both challenging and meditative. But honestly, I’ve found that all the trainers at Bodytree are exceptional, making me feel confident and supported in my fitness journey. And an added bonus is that they have a healthy coffee place/restaurant on the premises. If you’re looking for a place that nurtures both body and mind, Bodytree is truly a sanctuary of well-being in Abu Dhabi.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Daphne at BodyTree for several months and Daphne’s instruction style is clear and supportive, making each session enjoyable and effective. The studio itself is well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. Scheduling sessions is easy and all my sessions start promptly. Overall, I highly recommend Daphne and BodyTree for anyone looking to improve their Pilates practice.

Fantastic experience: I did a 90 minutes reflexology (face and feet) with Vandana. The session was outstanding (10/10) from the moment I entered the center till I left it. I have done so many different kind of sessions across the world, this was extremely unique and therapeutic. I am writing this review after 1 month and I still feel the effect of it. Fantastic experience: I recently started attending classes at Bodytree Studio earlier this year, whilst I have also been undertaking my yoga teacher training, and it has been an absolutely amazing experience to enjoy such a variety of classes. This has allowed me to shape my own teaching practices and really has been amazing in creating a safe experience for everyone of all body types and skill levels. The instructors at Bodytree are exceptional - shoutout especially to Didier and Cecila! Each one brings their unique style and expertise, but what they all share is an incredible ability to connect with us on all levels. This has been amazing for also extending my own practice, assisting in really building a community of friendship and kinship, whilst also having teachers challenging me in a variety of different ways. Thank you team!

Negative experience: I did an an assessment, as that was the requirement. I then purchased a package, in which I got a good deal. However, their app is still not allowing me to book classes. This is so frustrating and extremely inconvenient.

Fantastic experience: I love Body Tree studio, it has incredible classes, teachers and when you walk in there you feel welcomed and you just want to keep coming again and again. Also, love the juice bar!

Negative experience: Feels more like a business, they don’t bother calling back or show interest in their customers. Pilates is my favourite but it seems like a forceful competition in this place.

Fantastic experience: I have loved my pilates classes at Bodytree Studio. The instructors are all excellent and very professional, the equipment is top notch, the staff is courteous, the studio is clean and the ambience is warm and friendly. I would highly recommend the Studio. There is a wide range of classes they offer and several short courses and workshops too. I look forward to all my classes there.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at Bodytree for prenatal and now for postnatal reformer classes with Daphne. She is wonderful, I really feel an improvement in my body after giving birth, as the exercises are focused in strengthening the core, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Body Tree Studio started this summer when I felt that I had reached a plateau with my traditional training with other clubs. The studio is a welcoming place with a warm atmosphere. The instructors chosen are professional and dedicated. With Anya, I was able to break my plateau in only 4 reformer sessions and 4 barre sessions which for me is phenomenal! Week after week my muscles are becoming stronger. I recommend anyone wishing to increase their fitness level and their flexibility level to consider Body Tree Studio. For beginners, if you want to start right, you have found the right place.

So, what makes me go there is the preparation of Angela in working on my postural issues with dedicated Pilates exercises, tailored to my case. Fantastic experience: I have been taking yoga online since January 2020 because of Covid 19. 2 days ago I went to the studio. Nimfa in the front desk welcomed me in such a warm and nice way and with a big smile. I attend a yoga therapy class with Joelle. It was amazing and so refreshing.

Fantastic experience: Body Tree Studio is by far one of my favourite spot in Abu Dhabi....To be honest, I can't wait my Pilates Refermer Class every Thursday - Anya, the coach, is simply the best :), if you want an intensive and sweaty session....girls at the Reception are always nice and friendly and smoothies at Nectar restaurant (inside Body Tree Studio) are simply made in heaven! I totally recommend Body Tree, 5* in a blink of an eye!:)

Negative experience: I had high expectations for this studio, but unfortunately your standards are not as expected! The cafeteria is great, but that’s it!

Negative experience: There are really not professional I book a yoga with meena and shes really lovely and social.. so i book for me and because of the technical issue in the app we couldn’t book for a group and ask my siblings to book alone we were really excited.. the day before i inform them via whatsapp that am having a friend and its her birthday gift and I acknowledge that i forget to pay for my friend but the app doesn’t allow to pay for the same session twice they should send me a payment link or tell me how am going to pay for her any ways went to the session enjoyed it alot .. so the next morning i woke up my friend told me that they are chasing her via whats app to pay for the session i ask my friend to ask them to talk to me so i can deal with it she kept on chasing her and asking her to pay without coming back to me despite i already inform them .. i called them i wanted to know whats wrong .. she told me that they have shared whats app and the girl from yesterday didn’t inform her .. so what know it my problem ? She didn’t bother to call and get clarification from me despite the session 24 hours didn’t pass am not going to tell her she should have 5 minutes meeting to update each other .. she really ruined the whole thing .. I understand they have technical issue with there app but the didn’t bother to hear me out !

Negative experience: If you are looking for a place to relax, BodyTree is not the place. The star is only for the amazing instructors. Other than that it’s not worth the headache. Reception is rude and would claim claims that are not accurate. In a group class we each paid a different price, till this day it is not clear why?! This studio was more stressful than relaxing. Hard to find classes (especially beginners classes). App is useless you can’t book anything on it because everything is waitlist! Room curtains are broken, we asked reception to fix it, but I’m sure customer’s privacy is not their top priority. Is it really a private class if the delivero driver gets to join? Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that Bodytree service is really good! When I had a problem with the app and booking the classes, the help from the team was super fast and very good. The baby and mommy yoga classes which i went with my baby was very interesting something new to do with my baby. It was really fun experience and I would recommend this class to other moms who would like to do something with their babies! And I will definitely come back for other classes. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: One of the best fitness centers in Abu Dhabi. My mom and I come here for Pilates classes and we feel the difference especially after a few classes. Our movement and posture not to mention overall mental well-being uplifted thanks to Body tree and their high caliber trainers. We will definitely keep coming.

Fantastic experience: I have fallen in love with working out again thanks to the encouragement of Anya and her Barre class. Tough no nonsense but oh so much fun with fab music, awesome ladies and you come out feeling stronger every time. Receptionists are always welcoming and seeing the same faces from almost 10 years ago says a lot about the management. Fab place!

Fantastic experience: I’m a yogi and I’m going to the Bodytree Studio for a very long time. I mainly train with Joelle and Didier. Weather if the instructors are employed, visiting or subbing they are all highly qualified, attentive and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help :-)! Bonus is the Nectar coffee shop. You can stay after class to chat or get healthy food and juice’s. I highly recommend the Bodytree Studio :-) !!!!

It's the oldest yoga tree studio in the city with tons of experience, numerous classes offering different yoga and pilate styles, and informative wellness workshops. You'll be welcomed by very friendly staff who are always ready to answer all your questions and help you with whatever you need. They have excellent instructors and I'm sure you'll find the one who will be the best for you. And please don't forget to enjoy a yummy drink or a snack in the Nectar bar located on their premises.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bodytree for about five years now and have tried a lot of different classes: Bodytree Body (BTB) Advanced, BTB Bounce, BTB Dance Cardio, BTB Barre, yoga, reformer, and many workshops, to name some. All of the teachers are professional, VERY knowledgable, motivating, and suit the classes to meet your needs. Also the front desk staff and cleaning staff do an AMAZING job, helping with bookings and keeping the place spotless. And Nectar is delicious and so nice to have right on site. It's my 'home away from home'. You'll feel that way too!

I got to know this place when I took the health reset with the best nutritionist Suzan. The knowledge I got in the reset changed my health journey in an amazing way. I also got the chance to try the BTB classes, Pilates reformer and flexibility flow yoga and I just love it The variety of classes is so motivating and. And after finishing the class, I love ending my class with a refreshing drink from Nectar Juice Bar or even have one of their yummy salads

Fantastic experience: My kid goes to ballet at the Saadiyat Beach Club. Classes organised by BodyTree. Very transparent communication regarding cancellation policy, booking etc. Classes always start perfectly on time. My child loves going to her class.

The BTB program is the best exercise program I’ve ever done, strengthens stretches and I’m roves coordination and the frequent changes to the class routine keeps it interesting

Negative experience: Tried to book Yoga at the Louvre for mine and my wife’s anniversary, site has been coded incorrectly, not problem though as I contacted their customer service via their whatsapp (as suggested). Proceeded to tell me I was doing it wrong, until I screen shotted/recorded the entire process to ensure I was not, all to be told actually “ unfortunately, the website is not accepting multiple transaction, you have to buy one at a time”. K thanks but no thanks

Negative experience: I am a big fan of this excellent studio and have recommended it to several friends since it re-opened after lockdown. I was disappointed that the ashtanga workshop numbers today had been increased beyond the room's "COVID capacity". Although I love ashtanga I left the class as I did not feel safe. Please can Bodytree address this?

Fantastic experience: Bodytree studio is the gold standard for fitness and wellness in Abu Dhabi! There is such a wide variety of classes and levels, and after trying a few, you are bound to find something perfect for you. The staff are professional and so friendly. They also have a terrific juice bar with nothing but the best quality ingredients, as well as an enthusiastic nutritionist on staff. But Bodytree is more than just a gym, it is also a community. It is a community of vibrant, accomplished, and hardworking women who come together to support each other, decompress, and network. It is truly a place for full body wellness. The special wellness events are a testament to Bodytree’s authenticity. With topics ranging from breast cancer to postnatal depression to mental health, Bodytree is not only a fitness studio but also a service to the community of Abu Dhabi. It is a place where women uplift women. If you can’t recognise the amazing value of this, you should really attend one of the mental health awareness sessions to understand the impact social support has on well being, positive outlook, and even weight loss. If you have not tried the studio, give it a go, you won’t regret it!

Negative experience: Do not recommend, customer service is OK and the vibe is not nice.

Negative experience: Management is horrible, customer service inexistent, it is a regular stop for every certified teacher that comes in town, but the teachers are a lottery. You can find good smoothies and juices in the cafeteria, maybe the best thing about Body Tree. It is not a real Shala or anything like it. Half way between a Gym for bored house wives and a Yoga/Pilates place with some kind of phoney spiritual aspiration. I have been attending regularly since 2012 (long ago it was the only place that offered a range of classes, so they have taken advantage of this and imposed), I have also taken a 200hs course, my experience has been somewhat disappointing. It is convenient for those of us who live in the Corniche area, but there is no real soul behind the project and this you can feel when you join for classes or courses. It is a good thing that recently opened The Studio (next to The Third Place) which offers a modest resistance to the old time monopoly. A pity since it could of been a great place.
