Fantastic experience: I would recommend this gym to ladies who really wish to be strong and fit. I would like to appreciate the coach Vimisha for her dedication and knowledge as a physical trainer . She has the ability to boost our energy and make us do all the workout to achieve our goal. Great place to reach our fitness goals faster, well equipped gym with pleasant atmosphere . Group classes like Zumba,yoga, and circuits make this gym really worth to go as a daily routine.

Fantastic experience: I go to the salam branch. The coaches are amazing. Shamja, Ashwani and kelly are the sweetest people I have met. They help you throughout your workout. They really put all their effort into each client. It is a perfect gym for ladies. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Love this place . Nice stuff and good coaching. I have joined with personal trainer and I really impressed. I was 91kg last month and now im 87kg Thx Anna for training hard on me for the whole month and for sure i will continue . Im highly recommend this place for all girls to join.❤️

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym Now, always clean , helpful coaches , new tools and equipment, nice reception, not that big eara but I feel comfortable . They also offer Yoga , Zumba. They have long opening hours.

Fantastic experience: Hey there ! It is a very new GYM for ladies , different equipments for training and very friendly lady trainers to support. Feel so comfortable for workouts ! Highly recommendable for all the women out there who are looking for a private ladies gym.
