Fantastic experience: My Daughter has been saying that the Yoga Class helps her to feel relaxed throughout the day and that it keeps her mind clear and fresh. She loves that she gets to learn more and different Aasanaas every time. She feels that some are really very tough but overall, it is very good. Living in the US, I always had been looking for ways to introduce India and it's culture and practices to my son and this came as a gift. Later, I started to pursue yoga and I think this was the best I did for myself. All the teachers are well trained and certified. They give special attention to everyone's specific needs.
