Negative experience: The most rude receptionist I’ve ever encountered. New Shorooq residente here, walked in this gym looking to purchase a membership, no one was at the counter so I waited a couple of minutes. When I realized no one was coming I had a look in thru the glass door of the back office. There was a man, the receptionist, sleeping with his feet up on the desk. I gave a light knock on the door and he dragged himself out. With a grumpy, almost upset that I woke him up look, this man says: “Yes? tell me.” I went on to ask about the gym membership and working hours. This man was honestly so unnecessarily rude I was shocked. Definitely never setting foot in this place again.

Fantastic experience: Nice Vibe, Good Equipment collection, cleanliness.

Negative experience: النادي مايسوى كل سنة يسرقون من اللوكر اغراضي للعلم الاشتراك مش منتهي احاول اتواصل مع مالك الصاله الرياضية ولكن للأسف الموظفين ماخلوني اتواصل معاه وكل شوي يقولولي بيتصل فيك جلست ساعتين اعتقد المالك ماعنده خبر بالمصخره اللي تصير بالنادي ماله الكل يقول مانعرف منو فتح اللوكر مع ان مفتاح اللوكر عندي والثاني مع الاستقبال مب حالة كل سنة تسرقون اغرضي او ترمونها بالزبالة عيب والله الصاله ماتسوى اعمل اشتراك سنوي معهم … لا انصح بالاشتراك في هذه الصالة الرياضية

Negative experience: Really very very bad receptionist, the gym management should take action to the behavior of their staff. I thought I am the only one complaining, but look through the reviews and see!!

Negative experience: Join gym with trainer and I was on time and everything was good. Later I get call from coach saying I left it and it disappoints me as we had good diet. If the gym knew he won’t work and leaving the job. I didn’t receive no calls from them. Really disappointed

Positive experience: $$ price is fair. Its clean place. Staffs are nice. There is no public coach. Free wifi. Drinking water for free. 5 treadmills. 3 bicycles. 1 full set of dumbels. 2 full set of weights. Towels have bad smell always. Equipments are less than the needs in the pick or even normal time but still good. Nice view. Temperature inside is usually higher than gyms standard.

Fantastic experience: As I've been to more than 5 gyms here in Dubai, I gotta say this is by far one the best ones; Not huge but trust me, such a cozy atmosphere that got all you need; With nice views from the windows, cafes/restaurants, & supermarket just below makes it so perfect to get that protein shake after gym; Amazing experience so far.
