Positive experience: Big gym, friendly staff. Most of the ACs (80%) wasn't turned on last time we went in the morning and was uncomfortable. Needs more leg extension and leg curl machine, gotta wait some time for these two in the evenings. No lockers or changing rooms, ladies wc was closed 2 of the 3 of times we were there. Dumbbells are not in the best condition, the rubbers are worn out and I don't think they are frequently cleaned.

Я посещаю зал с 10 утра до 12 часов дня, играет только музыка, тв не работает. Людей мало. Шкафчиков нет для клиентов, один общий на три полки и при входе. Женского тренера нет, мне сказали. Оплата наличными или безналичными. Просторные залы, много тренажеров, очень удобно

Fantastic experience: In September 2022, I was suffering from Class 3 obesity. I was looking for a gym to start changing, I checked many gyms in this area, I didn't feel like joining any gym, and this gym was in the middle of my list. I walked in and met Coach Hardy and Coach Jenny. They welcomed me with a great smile. I explained to them my condition and how much weight I had to lose. I didn't feel any excited at that time because I tried a lot to change myself and didn't succeed. But Coach Hardy encouraged me to start and keep going. All the staff were helpful and happy to help. After the first month of commitment, I felt a slight change, and it encouraged me to keep going. And today after almost 6 months I'm really happy with the results, The environment of the gym is very exciting, good machines are available and there are group sessions given by professionals. Many thanks to everyone, especially Coach Hardy and Coach Jenny.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with coach Hammad . It’s been a 5 month journey with amazing progress . I dropped from 24 percent body fat to 11 percent . It’s been a sustainable program with personal goal measurement and life style management . The training sessions are progressive and always linked to a higher Goal . The coach is patient and pushes you to be the best version of your self . He tries to accommodate a busy schedule and always do follow ups if one is travelling . The staff at the gym are all very helpful and the gym as all the facilities for a good workout . I also frequent the Zumba class which is good . The training sessions are value for money . I do not live in the area but I travel there as it’s affordable rates for dubai . I have flexible working so it suits me .

Positive experience: Suggestions - please ask each and everyone to carry a towel as the sweat is on the equipments. Your older members do not care about new members and they act as of they are Olympians and disregard any and every other working out. Your trainer snatches the equipments from other people working out if they have a personal training which doesn't make sense.
