Optima Fitness Gym

Fantastic experience: One of the Best in the area. There was some AC related issues for few months, it was related to entire building, now it is resolved and they have updated few equipment, appointed full time cleaner. Situation is very good now a days.

Fantastic experience: Good

Negative experience: Trainer Mr Aneesh is very helpful & guide throughly on everything Mr Nawaz as well The only downside is the environment the ac isn’t working most of the time there’s always a bad smell hygiene is very big issue During exercise u feel like choking due to poor ventilation & ac system It needs to be done right asap

Negative experience: Most of the equipment is outdated with some pieces even broken. The ac rarely works and the room temperature is poorly maintained during peak hours the unpleasant smell makes it uncomfortable to stay for long. These issues need to be addressed as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience: Very good service and thank you optima for hired good trainers most recommended

Negative experience: "Very disappointing experience. The AC is not working properly, making workouts uncomfortable. The gym is not hygienic — floors and equipment are often dirty. They don’t provide drinking water or tissues, which should be basic amenities. Not worth the membership fee until these issues are fixed."

Negative experience: Most of the equipment is old and some are even damaged. The AC is not working most of the time, and the room temperature is not maintained properly. The door to the dressing room is in bad condition, There is a very bad smell during peak hours, which makes it uncomfortable to stay for long. On a positive note, all the trainers are very knowledgeable and provide excellent training. They are the only reason I’ve stayed this long. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the facilities.

Negative experience: The gym is not well-maintained. The AC is not working properly, making workouts very uncomfortable. Hygiene standards are poor — the floors and equipment are often dirty. Definitely not worth the money until they fix these basic issues."

Negative experience: no AC,no water, not cleaning, very dirty floor, very bad dubbles and machines

Negative experience: The was gym pretty good, and the trainers are very friendly and helpful, they’re insuring proper guidelines for every members. but Recently the gym atmosphere isn’t good.always feel bad smelling of sweat, ventilation and conditioner not properly functioning. Members’ frequently noticed the issues to management unfortunately, they didn’t care. Personally i am not Recommending optima fitness center cause of the Recent gym atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Motivating environment. Trainers are really good and helpful. Overall great experience.

Negative experience: This gym used to be pretty good, but recently the environment has become terrible. The smell of sweat and armpits is overwhelming, especially in the weight area, and the weak AC makes it worse. It’s gotten to the point where it makes me feel sick during workouts. Management needs to take action—at the very least, put up a clear notice reminding members to use deodorant and wipe down equipment. This decline in hygiene is unacceptable.

Negative experience: Please don’t believe the ratings for this gym and the promises / commitments made by staff or Arun. Below is the experience which I would like to shared on this platform. I have taken the membership for 6 months but I couldn’t continue more than 3 days due to so much of dust accumulated on the machines. Due to dust allergy I requested them to refund the membership fees which they refused to it. Due to this I have posted a google review, upon seeing the review Arun called me and agreed that now everything is clean and he will check the owner for the refund. He also requested me to delete the review saying it’s very difficult to manage the business in Dubai. I felt pity and deleted the review and since then I.e. almost 4 months I am calling this guy for refund but every time he comes with new excuse. So please don’t read the ratings and join. Gym is dirty and there will not be anyone to look after whether you are doing right or wrong / need help or not. Trainers are mostly busy with mobiles. So don’t expect any basic support or training even though they say during admission. There are many other options around that place please explore it. These reviews are ratings are acquired on emotional ground please don’t believe it.

Fantastic experience: The body archive what the mind believes Very cooperative coach specially Serfraz

Fantastic experience: Best gym in International city

Fantastic experience: Very supportive trainer (Mr Veshnuv), I visit the gym in the morning so it’s not too crowded at that time and there is enough equipment to cover everything.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to workout in International city given the options and amenities available and the price you pay for it.Been training for about three months and I would say Trainers are experienced and ready to give general instructions regarding diet, form and desired exercises, especially Vishnu who is friendly, accommodating and make you feel at ease if you are beginner or never been to workout. (if you have budget it is better to go for personal one on one training). If you go at evening time it is bit crowded as you would expect given the time and location and if you want to train freely go in the morning but there will be only one trainer. one area I would like to request is to monitor scattering weights and dumbbells all over the place and if it is made mandatory to re-rack the weights, it would enhance the experience. overall a great place to workout with optimal machines and weights but not fancier and also not that higher in price compared to fancier gyms.
