Negative experience: Im complain about shehan coach he's very rude to much attitude he have my sister joining gym and shehan give her 2 session we wait he will come he tells u can wait i will come but he's not when we wait half an hour then he said today i didn't do any class tomorrow u can come what is this behavior he's very rude guy he doesn't know how to talk with lady and respect

Negative experience: This is the worst gym in international city. They want to make money out of everything even water which is paid. The validity of gym can be freezed or paused they say but don't inform you u need to pay for it too untill u exhaust the validity. Same for PT sessions i had to visit homwtown for medical emergency for a few days and they didn't inform that my PT sessions are valid till how long i wasted my 2500 aed of PT , Gym membership fees and after coming they told u can mail to this and that which i never got a reply to. I now chose gymnation its very affordable trainers are superfriendly they have flexible payment options starting from just 45aed a month. There are many i repeat mannnyyy gyms in international city u can choose instead of this gym much affordable and won't suck your money. These people are i feel an example how big names don't promise great services.

Fantastic experience: Great Environment professional staff friendly service

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude. Every time we were doing our workout, they kept interrupting us in a harsh tone, repeatedly telling us to re-rack the dumbbells — not just once, but constantly. Even when we politely asked them not to interrupt during our workout, they replied, “It’s our duty.” We don’t believe it’s anyone’s duty to disturb customers in the middle of their training, especially when it becomes excessive and intrusive. This kind of behavior creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. We expected more professionalism and respect from the staff.

Negative experience: Right after I was answered by the receptionist who sounded like day dreaming and said that she will call me back after 5 minutes, ( which did not happen thankfully), I scroll down on their reviews. It really helped me decide not go on this gym.

At the time of joining, I was told that if I ever had to leave due to a valid reason, I would be refunded for the remaining months. Now I’m relocating to another city and requested a refund. I followed the process, sent an email to the management, After waiting for *five days* with no proper response, I was informed that my refund request was rejected *without any valid explanation.* This is extremely disappointing, I feel misled and cheated. Making promises to customers and not honoring them is dishonest and unprofessional. *I would not recommend this Fitness 360 gym to anyone, as they do not keep their word.*

Negative experience: Review for gym I workout here from last 13 months. 1. They removed Water and Tissues. 2. They promised buying new equipments 1yr ago, which never came across. 3. Conjusting gym by taking on new admissions(money hunger is more than quality) 4. Equipments always lacking upgrades and maintainance. 5. Management is always ready to argue about anything without thinking about members who paid for service to use. The only reason I'm training in this gym is because it's nearby and there is no other gym around my location. Not worth wasting any money on membership.

Negative experience: Out of frustration and disappointment. A lot has happened since I joined and had a break, and now I've rejoined again with a higher fee, and yet all you get is unimaginably practice. Firstly, there are no professional coaches who seem to be certified and capable of teaching classes, we can’t do a class by just counting from 1 to 10, with inappropriate music, we need someone professional and make the payment worthy. Secondly, there is a membership freezing charge of AED 49. Let’s be honest: This is NOT a 5-star gym. Even the elite gyms, which are high-end, never apply charges. Thirdly, a slow management action, they have been notified that the Zumba and Yoga instructor will not be available, this is just a day or two to rectify, find a replacement, and let the classes go on, but with incapability, they need to insist us a class that never suited in our palate. It is ridiculous

Negative experience: I don’t want to give even one star, i have joined fitness 360 for yoga class only. They have stopped yoga classes without any information. When i call them they have no answer why stopped. Worst service and worst behavior

Negative experience: The weekend should only 1 day .mostly guys are working on dragon mart .dragon mart timing are Friday and Saturday until 11 pm but ur gym close Saturday and Sunday 10 pm ,this is very bad dicision .before was only 1 day until 10 pm ,And most of the equipments is not working properly. Dumbbells are damaged totally. Plates also not enough as crowds and unaffordable price increasing. If any machine is damaged they will not repair or replace that one If we have subscription for long time and we need to go vacation we have to pay them to freeze the membership per monthly, We hope Saturday and Sunday timing will change and get back as before only 1 day till 10 pm . Other ways people will go another gym .

Negative experience: I don't wanna give even 1 star because after inquiry one guy name rishab told me just because I'm freelancer personal trainer. I can't train in this gym. I never heard about this before as lot of trainers trained in many gym. Gym like more than good and bigger than fitness360 gym. Like gymnation fitness first. Lol what kind of company policy is this. I don't think this is policy even.

Negative experience: Horrible sales staff. Need to train them for customer service. I just visited the gym to know about their fees packages etc and they kept asking me my personal details. The guy at the reception was so unprofessional, he was eating something and came to attend me with his hands fully covered in his food. He refused to give me any information about the gym or fees if I don’t share my name and contact number with them. Highly disappointed such a shame for such a big brand

Negative experience: Going to this gym for quite some time now but had a HORRIBLE experience yesterday, July 31 during our yoga class. Usually I dont have a problem with the staff as they are very helpful and will guide you and everyone's respectful. However yesterday suddenly in the middle of our yoga class, they played VERY loud music disrupting the class. All of us were stunned and lost the momentum of the class. 100% sure other gym-goers do not mind having no music as it is only for 1hr and has always been that way. Aside from that, they could see yoga class on-going and they started taking out boxes to fit new uniforms, i guess. First of all, you already don't have enough space; I believe this activity could have waited until after the yoga class. But it was a really horrible experience for the first time in F360 International city. Otherwise staff & clients are understanding and respectful.

And they strictly denied to tell the membership price until or unless I provide them my personal mobile no.there so rude to tell me the price. The reception guy and one gym trainer there didn’t even hesitate to say its our gym our rule. Seriously dude. I didn’t even join u yet. Why u asking my mobile no. It’s against the uae law of privacy and confidentiality these kind of cheap mentality people sitting on the reception real shame on you guys. I hope owner of this gym will take a notice and plzz guide ur staff about uae customer privacy

Positive experience: I never did workout here. But the place is spacious with nice and clean equipment. The staff were friendly, polite and helpfull. The gym is a mix gym but no women were present at the time of our visit although this is normal for international city. There was no monthly subscription program available at the time. You can get 3, 6 and 12 month for around 650, 999 and 1399 but you can pay in 4 payments by tabby.

Fantastic experience: Best GYM in International City. All the gym equipments are very professional. Gym is maintained very hygienic and clean. Receptionist are very kind to explain about the package. All the coach are very dedicated and will motivate you, I would recommend two best coach are Kailash and Amirth. They do have different group classes daily scheduled. Also would like to recommend yoga class to include.

There is well maintained hygiene and washroom separate for ladies and gents with cub board facility. Cebex USA equipped gym. Biggest of its kind in international city.

Fantastic experience: I'm a member of fitness 360 Arabian center branch and since its renovating they have moved all their members from the Arabian center branch to this one in international city. The branch is well, noting this is an express branch one compared to the others their is no towel service here. Rest assured the branch is well maintained and clean.
