Negative experience: It's closed a lot and even on Sunday it opens at 3 and I don't know why it shouldn't be closed. It's the gym

Fantastic experience: I always have a good time here. The gym staff are very friendly and cooperative, they help you with everything you need. I went to different gyms in the country and I can say this is the best place to workout. Atmosphere is great, equipments are well maintained, and the location is perfect. The money you pay here is totally worth it !

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in abudabi not because of the equipment or the facilities. It's only because of a perfect trainer MR . Nirmal he is the man. I reduced my 6kg in only one month I didn't took any heavy weight or worked out for long hours. I only follow the dite and proper work out. And I'm really enjoying the work out also ☺️ all over I'm satisfied.. especially with the trainer.

Fantastic experience: Advanced facilities, whatever i must say about our coach (my aashaan) mr nirmal. He is professional yet kind. Patient and understanding. He's encouragement has given me the confidence that i needed to start this workout. After one short month i am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with his continued training and encouragement I would continue getting better results and attain my goal. I already suggested my few friends and they are ready to join here. Fantastic experience: I am giving 5 starts just because of the coach Mr. Nirmal. He is so professional and take care of each and everyone, he have a good knowledge of fitness and nutrition.I got result in one month itself. But now once i came back from vacation I heard that coach Nirmal has already left F7 gym.will miss u coach. And it’s very disappointing.
