Positive experience: Great gym if you're a beginner or even advanced. May look under developed but probably one of the best in khalidya area. Coaches are really nice and if you don't know something coach Ronnie and coach Salam will be more than happy to help you. They have all the machines and dumbells you will ever need to build muscle in an optimal way, and cardio machines. The people that go there are really positive and mostly all more than happy to help. If you're a beginner you could ask coach Ronnie or Coach Salam any question and they will answer with utmost proffesionalism. Don't let outside looks fool you because you may not find good people like in platinum gym in other gyms.

Positive experience: I trained in this gym since the days it was called "Victory Gym" and I believe that this gym has the best environment for training. It's a little bit crowded at night, but it's very calm in the afternoons. You have all the machines required to train every muscle in your body, dumbbells, and more than 15 different cardio machines (treadmills, bikes, and crosstrainers).
